Welcome from Redwolf24
Welcome!
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. We as a community are glad to have you and thank you for creating a user account! Here are a few good links for newcomers:
- The Five Pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Editing, policy, conduct, and structure tutorial
- Picture tutorial
- How to write a great article
- Naming conventions
- Manual of Style
- Merging, redirecting, and renaming pages
- If you're ready for the complete list of Wikipedia documentation, there's also Wikipedia:Topical index.
Yes some of the links appear a bit boring at first, but they are VERY helpful if you ever take the time to read them.
Remember to place any articles you create into a category so we don't get orphans.
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! By the way, please be sure to sign your name on Talk and vote pages using four tildes (~~~~) to produce your name and the current date, or three tildes (~~~) for just your name. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my Talk page. Again, welcome.

Stub Sorting
Hi, I notice you've created a number of stubs on ISO standards. The relevant stub template is '{{measurement-stub}} - more stub types can be found here. Jeodesic 01:05, 16 November 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks. I will update the articles if it's not done yet. Nsaa 12:48, 16 November 2006 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nominations
Howdy and thanks for the work! I noticed that you added a Misc. for Deletion tag to the Talk:Kinky page, with the edit summary "Speedy nomination." I took the liberty of adding a {{db-vandalism}} tag to the page as well (it is a speedy, rather than a 7 day deletion nomination). Check out WP:CSD for more information (and there is a list of other speedy deletion in the box on the left side of that page). If there is anything I can help with, feel free to write a note on the bottom of my talk page, User_talk:TeaDrinker. Thanks again and keep up the good work! --TeaDrinker 21:25, 20 June 2007 (UTC)
- Thanx a lot. I'm mainly active on the no:wp and didn't find the speedy deletion-template. Thanks again :-) Nsaa 22:35, 20 June 2007 (UTC)

Hi, and welcome to the WikiProject Greece! As you may have guessed, we're a group of editors working to improve Wikipedia's coverage of topics related to Greece.
A few features that you might find helpful:
- Our sidebar points to most of the useful pages within the project.
- The Announcements and Open tasks section is updated quite regularly. You can watchlist it if you're interested; or, you can add it directly to your user page by including {{WPGreeceOpenTasks}} there.
- Most important discussions take place on the project's main discussion page; it is recommended that you watchlist it.
- The project has a monthly newsletter; it will normally be delivered as a link, but several other formats are available.
There are a variety of interesting things to do within the project; you're free to participate however much—or little—you like:
- Interested in working on a more complete article? The peer review department of the project would welcome your help!
- Interested in a particular area of Greek history, geography, culture etc. ? There is already one task force, and you could initiate the creation of more focusing on specific topics or periods.
- Want to know how good our articles are? The assessment department is working on rating the quality of every military history article in Wikipedia.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to any experienced member of the project, and we'll be happy to help you. Again, welcome! We look forward to seeing you around!
