Draft
[edit]Hello, I am following up on your message. I don't think your talk page is redirected and there is a backlog in draft review. This source, cited here, might be useful. You need to provide as many sources centered on the subject as possible. Cheers, — Racconish 💬 12:10, 24 September 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Hi Racconish, I followed your advice and added a whole bunch of sources. Please let me know if this is now in order for resubmission. Thank you very much. Njikecat (talk) 01:47, 6 April 2021 (UTC)

[edit]Thank you for your reply, Racconish. I understand that there is a backlog on biography reeviews. I just wanted to ask if the drafts are placed in any kind of orderly queue for review, as it has been more than a year since I originally submitted my draft. Please let me know if there is a way I can track progress in the queue for my submission. Thank you for suggesting to add more sources to my draft. Originally, I didn't want to overdo it so I only referred to IMDB which is a reliable source. I will now add more. Best regards, Njikecat

AfC notification: Draft:David Russell (artist) has a new comment
[edit]To borrow what ColinFine, an experienced editor, wrote: "Wikipedia is not interested in what the subject of an article says or wants to say about themselves, or what their associates say about them. Wikipedia is only interested in what people who have no connection with the subject, and who have not been prompted or fed information on behalf of the subject, have chosen to publish about the subject in reliable sources."
