Hi, and welcome to Wikipedia! It sounds like you're interested in writing a Wikipedia article about yourself - is that right? Generally this is not possible, unfortunately. Wikipedia has policies and rules that limit the creation of new articles to topics that are "notable" (Wikipedia:Notability), which means "noted" or covered in secondary sources such as newspapers and books, and most of us ordinary folks don't qualify. I wouldn't qualify, for example, because there are no newspaper articles about me. We're also generally restricted from making articles about ourselves - see Wikipedia:Plain and simple conflict of interest guide. These rules are part of the concept of Wikipedia as an encyclopedia, not a general directory of information. I'd encourage making your own website or blog where you can write about yourself and your ideas. :) Wikipedia is great though if you'd like to add and improve information about topics you're knowledgeable about and interested in, such as your hometown, subjects you're studying, and other topics.
