I noticed that one of the first articles you edited appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

In addition, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for any contribution you make, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation to comply with our terms of use and our policy on paid editing.

Garautha

Hi Niranjanvivek... I have noticed that you are inserting names of people under "notable people" section of the article Garautha.. perhaps you don't know that to be considered "notable" in wikipedia, a persons should have a biographical article on them.... if you think that the people you are adding are notable, please create their articles first otherwise they will be keep deleting from here... thank you -- Adamstraw99 (talk) 13:46, 21 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The gentleman appears to be a fine person doing his job well. The world contains a vast number of fine people doing their jobs well. This does not make any of them suitable for an article in Wikipedia.

To qualify for an article you must show that the gentleman has verifiable notability. This can onkt be done with references.

For a living person we have a high standard of referencing. Every substantive fact you assert, especially one that is susceptible to potential challenge, requires a citation with a reference that is about them, and is independent of them, and is in WP:RS, and is significant coverage. Please also see WP:PRIMARY which details the limited permitted usage of primary sources and WP:SELFPUB which has clear limitations on self published sources. Providing sufficient references, ideally one per fact cited, that meet these tough criteria is likely to make this draft a clear acceptance (0.9 probability). Lack of them or an inability to find them is likely to mean that the person is not suitable for inclusion, certainly today.
