Welcome!
[edit]Hello, Newboy78641, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, your edit to Keri Russell does not conform to Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy (NPOV). Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media.
There's a page about the NPOV policy that has tips on how to effectively write about disparate points of view without compromising the NPOV status of the article as a whole. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the Questions page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, to ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. Below are a few other good links for newcomers:

- Hi Newboy78641! While I understand why you would think mentioning someone is "widely known" for something, it's not something we as editors should write. First off, it's impossible to prove Russell is "widely known" for that particular role. Are there sources, statistics, polls? Probably not. And if there were, what does that mean? Secondly, and most importantly, it's an inappropriate tone. Imagine writing "John Lennon is widely known as a Beatle" or "John Wilkes Booth is widely known for assassinating Lincoln" or "Plato is widely known as a Greek philosopher". Hope this helps! Again, welcome and happy editing! soetermans. ↑↑↓↓←→←→ B A TALK 10:52, 3 September 2023 (UTC)

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did at Amandla Stenberg, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use your sandbox for that. Thank you. They have been continuing to evade their block multiple times per week, continuing the very behaviour for which they were first blocked (long ago as various IPs and more recently with this named account). I've declined another of their requests here and let them know about the standard offer. Paul Erik (talk)(contribs) 16:03, 13 April 2024 (UTC)
