Barnstar!
Anti-Vandalism Barnstar! Lol, since that time I accidentally reverted your vandalism reversion, igloo has been marking all of your edits as "probable vandalism". Because of this, I've really been noticing all your hard work fighting vandals. So I hereby award you the Anti-Vandalism Barnstar. Enjoy! --[midnight comet] [contribs] 23:51, 25 October 2009 (UTC) |
The company provides no reference for the information and as a researcher I see that as an implicit failure of fact. I agree that vandalism is not necessarily the right approach but it is the most effective approach. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 137.73.160.27 (talk) 13:36, 26 October 2009 (UTC)

Greetings, saw your edits on Bagpipes. Note that every single edit is cataloged, so "test" edits just clutter up the edit history. Plus each edit you make pops up on everyone's Watchlist, which we use to monitor for vandalism. Please do test edits on the Sandbox or on your userpage. Thanks! Del Pino
I have answered the things about the viceroy at the article talk page, it should be better to keep the talking there.
As for Evita and Peron, yes, there was (and probably is) some people that worships them. However, it's not an uncommon situation: many other people loved by poor clases receive similar treatment after their deaths. Popular singers like Gilda or Rodrigo also have their shrines. The point is that, even if such thing took place, it isn't a phenomenon big enough as to influence the real political life of the country. MBelgrano (talk) 13:47, 3 November 2009 (UTC)
Thanks for you for the nice welcome and reply to me. I asked about adding a picture to the Joe Pepitone page. If I can't use a picture of his baseball card that is posted some place online could I take a picture self of an old Joe Pepitone baseball card and use that? Thanks .... I go out for a couple of hours and one of the articles in my watchlist (Large Hadron Collider) got hammered something stupid, so I hereby award you this barnstar for not just reverting the vandals once or twice and moving on, but keeping at it until the article was protected. Keep up the good work and many thanks. If you need anything in the future don't hesitate to give me shout. Khukri 22:37, 10 November 2009 (UTC) |

Re my talk page
Please make sure you post your warnings on the correct talk pages. If you check the diffs I was reverting the same thing you were reverting and something strange happened (we probably pressed the button at the same time). I will therefore delete your warning. by hajatvrc at 07:52, 11 December 2009 (UTC)
Huggle Errors
I noticed with this edit, you commented that the problem was not with Huggle. What is causing the errors? Whatever the cause, it is preventing Huggle from filing reports with AIV. Thanks! — SpikeToronto 08:04, 11 December 2009 (UTC)
- P.S. Please respond here. I will have your talk page watchlisted. Thanks! — SpikeToronto 08:06, 11 December 2009 (UTC)
- I'm also having problems with Popups, which has nothing to do with Huggle. User:Suffusion of Yellow thinks it's a problem with the API, which will affect both. It makes sense, because Huggle hasn't changed: it's still the same program on my computer. It has to be what Huggle is working with, which is the API. The fact that Popups is also experiencing errors means that either the API has been modified (and in that case we'll need a new build of both Huggle and Popups, which is not exactly a bug per se) or there's some kind of error happening with the API. Either way it's not Huggle that's the root of the problem, as far as I can tell. --NellieBly (talk) 08:12, 11 December 2009 (UTC)
Hi Nelly... you were a bit too quick for me...still busy adding new ref's to the page. But thanks for keeping an aeye! They're all correct now. Best JP —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jp keijzer (talk • contribs) 08:26, 11 December 2009 (UTC)
- Thanks Nellie! Once I read today at the feedback page that the problem was with the API, I understood that that meant, as you say, that the problem is not with Huggle, but with that with which it is working. One of the worst things was that it could not retrieve user contribs for filing reports with AIV, which meant that we had to do it manually. Also, it would sometimes start warnings over at Level 1 rather than escalating from the previous warning; this seemed to be especially the case if the previous warning was left by Twinkle. Finally, today (Friday), I was still getting errors, particularly (and I paraphrase), "Could not revert. Invalid token." Whatever a "token" is! Thanks for the explanation! — SpikeToronto 07:13, 12 December 2009 (UTC)
