The two main options for undoing vandalism, which is what we call that, is to click on the "history" tab at the top of the page and then click on "prev" or "cur", and then "Undo". Or, you can click on "edit", which appears on the same line as each section header; or click on the "edit this page" tab at the top of the page. Either way, this will open the edit window and allow you to undo the vandalism. The history tab method allows you to reverse multiple changes at once, in the process restoring to the previous version automatically.
All that will become second nature for you soon enough, if you decide to become a Wikipedian.
