Proposed deletion of Small Group Participatory Learning Method

The article Small Group Participatory Learning Method has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Not encyclopedic, apparent copypaste of a public domain (?) source with only minor attribution. Reads like an essay, unclear what, if any context there is. Wikipedia is not a random repository of information to "preserve this resource" as the first line says.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
