Welcome to my talk page dedicated to the International Tea Promotion Association (ITPA)!

The ITPA was formed on 23 February 1979 with the objectives of encouraging tea drinking and evolve policies in countries producing tea. This organisation was formulated came out from the Intergovernmental Conference of the Tea Producing Countries that was held in Geneva in 1976. Some of its chief objectives are to boost demand for tea in not only traditional and emerging markets but also to ensure that the tea industries do not face numerous trade barriers.
