reverting vandalism

[edit]

Thank you for the clean up on [1]. Generally such tests are remnants of vandalism. In this case a user removed half of a reliable citation without justification. When you come accross such problems the best approach is to look into the article history and WP:REVERT it back to the last good vandalism free version. Also I encourage you to start using WP:TWINKLE this tool makes such edits extremely simple and faster. Feel free to ask if you have any questions. regards. --DBigXray 06:07, 31 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Capitalising one part of a word IS stylising it

[edit]

Stylisation and emphasis are oftentimes the same thing. It doesn't matter that Petras is emphasising "trans", all-caps on one part of a word is not how we treat titles on Wikipedia per MOS:CT and WP:TMRULES. There have been plenty of instances where musical acts have capitalised one part of a word, perhaps to indicate a different meaning. Wikipedia's standard capitalisation still prevails. Please discuss on the article talk page if you have any further objections; do not restore your edits before consensus is achieved. Thanks. Ss112 23:13, 15 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2019 election voter message

[edit]
Hello! Voting in the 2019 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 on Monday, 2 December 2019. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2019 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:15, 19 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
