Welcome!
Hi Moosh88, and a warm welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you have enjoyed editing as much as I did so far and decide to stay. Unfamiliar with the features and workings of Wikipedia? Don't fret! Be Bold! Here's some good links for your reference and that'll get you started in no time!
- Editing tutorial, learn to have fun with Wikipedia.
- Picture tutorial, instructions on uploading images.
- How to write a great article, to make it an featured article status.

Most Wikipedians would prefer to just work on articles of their own interest. But if you have some free time to spare, here are some open tasks that you may want to help out :
Oh yes, don't forget to sign when you write on talk pages, simply type four tildes, like this: ~~~~. This will automatically add your name and the time after your comments. And finally, if you have any questions or doubts, don't hesitate to contact me on my talk page. Once again, welcome! =)

Armenian names
Wikipedia is not a general knowledge base. So a short article saying "Vigen is a moderately popular Armenian name" or something similar is not really very helpful. --Henrygb 23:27, 1 May 2005 (UTC)
Armenia on Template:Europe
Why do you keep putting Armenia on the template??? You are warned several times. Please DO respect the poll on the discussion page. Maartenvdbent 09:13, 31 May 2005 (UTC)
- Hi Moosh88. I believe we may disagree with you on many issues regarding politics and history. But on one thing our interests and viewpoints match, and that is Armenia's inclusion in Europe template. As you probably noticed, I have voted in favor of Armenia's inclusion in the template, along with Georgia. I believe that these two countries *should* be listed along with Azerbaijan in the list of the European countries and their omission is an unfortunate error.
- However, I would call you to avoid reverting, because, I believe this hurts your own position and most importantly, it may cause counter-reaction on part of other editors who would just resist Armenia's (and possibly Georgia's) inclusion in the template just because they do not like your actions.
- I would suggest you to start a new topic in Template talk:Europe and convince people that Armenia should be listed in the template, just like Azerbaijan, Turkey, and Cyprus. You should try to convince them that it should be listed not because "it is unfair not to list Armenia while listing Azerbaijan" (very simplistic and unconvincing argument), but because Armenia, just like Azerbaijan, and pretty much like Turkey and Cyprus are *European* both in terms of its contemporary political affiliation and culture. If you initiate such a discussion, I am prepared to support you as much as I can. --Tabib 09:40, May 31, 2005 (UTC)
- I completely agree with Tabib. I am also in favour of the inclusion of Armenia, together with Georgia, but we must do it with the right procedure. What also is frustrating is that you keep putting Armenia on the template and you don't do that with Georgia, which is arguably more European in some grounds. Maartenvdbent 17:02, 31 May 2005 (UTC)
- This is full and complete nonsense: no one can vote to change the geography. Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey, etc. are not located in Europe and, for this very reason, these countries cannot be viewed as European countries, no matter how many people will vote for this.65.148.145.22 00:28, 1 Jun 2005 (UTC)
- That is not true. Georgia, Azerbaijan and Turkey have some of there territory in Europe. Turkey has so according to ALL sources (Britannica, CIA et cetera), Georgia and Azerbaijan according to some of those reliable sources. Cyprus is not European according to geography, but it is considered to be because it has a culture more similar to Europe than to Asia and it is a member of the European Union. I agree that Armenia has no territory in Europe, but it is considered Europe often. See Europe article. Maartenvdbent 11:17, 1 Jun 2005 (UTC)
Be nice
I saw the comment you left on User talk:Coolcat. That wasn't particularly nice. Even if you don't like what another person is editing, please avoid making personal attacks like that. →Raul654 18:19, Jun 4, 2005 (UTC)
Your Knowledge of History is Limited
Just as the title says, from what I've seen you say it seems like you know very little. So I'm asking you to please stay out of historical discussions which you know very little about. Putting things which you found on a google search doesn't impress anyone, except mental midgets. - Unisgned Moosh88
- On wikipedia you cannot ask people to leave out of discussions. Your knowlege of Wikipedia:Wikiquette is non existant. History is open for interpretations. There are always at least two different versions. Thats one solid thing in History science. Cat chi? 22:57, 4 Jun 2005 (UTC)
Vilen and Armenia
Alright, two quick things to address here:
First, the issue of Vilen, incase you didn't see my comment on the talk page, there was a consensus reached on the issue of whether to include Vilen at Wikipedia:Votes for deletion/Vilen and you even wrote a comment. Hence, the article should be removed as per community consensus.
Second, I agree with you on the fact that Armenia should be considered a part of Europe. However, your excessive rudeness is not needed. Remember, we're trying to be a community here, not a bunch of squibling idiots who need to hurl insults at each other just to get an opinion accross. Just remember the golden rule (yes, i know its cliche, but work with me).
Otherwise, I hope to see you as a great contributing member of Wikipedia someday! Just remember to try to keep the emotions/passions on the low down. Sasquatch′↔Talk↔Contributions 03:49, Jun 5, 2005 (UTC)
Re: Vilen
Well, first, the other given names deal with a specific movie/album or something, or contain complex etymologies, or provide a list of famous people with that name. Pokemon, though annoying, have a degree of notability to them as the names are unique to Pokemon and may have origins or at least can be expanded on much more than just a given name. Also, having given names would allow for an ginormous amount of articles (think of the Chinese given names, or Indian given names, or Russian given names). All given name articles need to establish notability in the world. Also, could you sign your comments with four tildes (~) see WP:Sig. It just helps people to identify whose posting these comments without having to go back to search histories. Thanks. Sasquatch′↔Talk↔Contributions 04:02, Jun 5, 2005 (UTC)
Re:Re:Vilen
Well, i would suggest trying to add to the History of Armenia as it seems that's a topic your intrested in. Overall, whenever i learn something new or get bored, i just surf around and find things i know about and add to them. And remember, nobody's perfect so it's okay to make bad edits once in a while. Some users have even yelled at me! lol. But yea, stay cheery, follow the community rules and just enjoy Wikipedia! If you have any further questions, go ahead and ask me (although i'm pretty new at this too :-S)Sasquatch′↔Talk↔Contributions
More Vilen
The question still remains do we really need a Vilen article? Although it is a common armenian surname, perhaps it belongs more on the armenian wikipedia as it does not meet the English wikipedia requirements for notability... I know it must kind of sucks in your opinion, but we all have to comprimise sometimes. HOWEVER, if a Vilen becomes notable enough (say an emerging artist, actor, politician, etc.) to deserve his own article, then the creation of a Vilen given name page could be useful as a redirect toward that. But for now, just work on other things that need more attention. Sound good to you? Sasquatch′↔Talk↔Contributions P.S. Basically, the current names act as disambiguation pages, while Vilen does not.. yet... however, if it can act as a disambig page someday, please make it so!
Disambiguations
See Wikipedia:Disambiguation, basically, a page that directs users to other pages that would fit it.. for example, see Bob as a almost perfect example. So if anybody/thing comes to be known as just "Vilen" as a nickname or somethng, that would justify a disambig page, or a sort-of-redirect page like Rick. Sasquatch′↔Talk↔Contributions
And your also right, people do argue over trivial things and start edit wars. As a reponsible member of Wikipedia, we try to avoid such things. One arguement i got into recently was at Talk:R2-D2 over wheter he was male or not :-S anyways, the purpose of wikipedia is to reach a consenus opinion, a compromise agreeable to both sides (as i eventually did in the R2-D2 case...) but yea, so basically, make logical arguments when your making your case, don't be rude to people, don't revert another person's edit without first discussing it in talk and remember, the administrators are here to help as a final solution. On the article
- In response to [1]
For a while, I've been trying to figure out what I actually think of the article, so I could reply, but my thoughts came out empty. This is probably because it's difficult to take the article seriously. It's easy for a person to theorise about the motivations of governments and about the type and sphere of influence of various lobbies. In reality, things are a lot more complicated and there are a lot of factors in any government action that may not be obvious, and some can be illogical or random. A non-journalistic opinion piece that presupposes its conclusions and does not give arguments contrary to its stance is dangerous to believe in any case. In any case, however, I think the recognition of the genocide is one of the smaller problems of our nation, given the corruption, emigration, quality of life, economic recess, Nagorno-Karabakh, income inequality, state of infrastructure, and other issues faced by Armenia. --Aramգուտանգ 12:39, 31 July 2005 (UTC)

History of Azerbaijan lead and new content
Hi, Moosh88. I am afraid that the lead for the aboevmentioned entry is far too lengthy. Would you be able to better distribute its content throughout the article so we can arrive at a propper lead? Also, please review the uncited additions of 207.200.116.68, which I have reverted, and evaluate their merit and/or reintegrate them into the body of the article. Thank you in advance. BCE/BC/CE/AD
I noticed your edit here, and thought I would point you to Wikipedia:Manual of Style (dates and numbers)#Eras, which states that "Both the BCE/CE era names and the BC/AD era names are acceptable". See also Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Jguk#Principles, which states that "When either of two styles are acceptable it is inappropriate for a Wikipedia editor to change from one style to another unless there is some substantial reason for the change." See also Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Jguk#BCE-CE_Debate, which states that "An extended discussion was followed by a vote which was evenly divided leaving the existing policy, both styles are acceptable, unchanged." As such, I have reverted your edit to the Rome: Total War page. —Simetrical (talk) 00:59, 11 October 2005 (UTC)

IIRC, Daneel appears in F. Fear (as Demerzel), F. & Chaos and F. Triumph. Are you sure he appears only two books of the trilogy? --Perfecto 14:48, 12 October 2005 (UTC)
- He doesn't appear in Foundation's Edge. So no he is not in all of the newer Foundation books, but he is in more than just two. So the article could say some like "he appears in all of the newer Foundation books, except for Foundation's Edge"--Moosh88 03:33, 13 October 2005 (UTC)
You're right he doesn't, but F. Edge is not part of Second Foundation Trilogy. Visit the article and see which book is part of which. :) --Perfecto 04:06, 13 October 2005 (UTC)

Urgent deletion issue
Hi, I created the Philosophy (navigation) template, and I voted for saving it too (as an IP). However, when I duplicated the template to adopt a new tag name, Infinity0 had a cow. We've been in an edit war since I started the template, and we escalated our battle to TfD, which was a big mistake, for now the whole project (both templates) is at risk because some people are voting to delete both. Meanwhile Infinity0 and I are voting to delete each other's TfD candidates, ironically pushing the delete votes for both templates into the majority. We need your help. Neither of us want both templates to die.
Here are the reasons to choose the "Philosophy Quick Topic Guide" tag:
- Both templates are identical, as changes are ported after each round of disputes, to keep them that way. We've nearly come to a compromise on the few edits that we are still at odds over, but Infinity0 is one stubborn kid. Our competition has improved the template continuously, which is a good thing.
- The conversion of the old tag to the new tag is complete.
- The new tag has placement in Wikipedia articles. It is hooked in to the top level of the Philosophy hierarchy, and then some.
- The old tag has virtually no placement in any Wikipedia articles. It's discussion page link sits on a bunch of users' talk pages, and that's about it. And since I placed most of the old tags, it didn't seem out of place for me to upgrade them.
- Since the content of the templates are identical, and the fact that jousting will continue on whichever template wins, it makes sense to vote for the one that maintains the project's presence on Wikipedia.
Please vote to save the template: click here. For further discussions click here
Go for it! 04:04, 26 November 2005 (UTC)
Re: Urartu
"Even more" is unsubstantiated. The analogy is there to make the article simple. If it was "even more" I wouldn't have added it in the first place. The analogy is also applicable because in all three cases A is IE, B is non-IE.--Eupator 21:29, 8 February 2006 (UTC)
- I know why you added it. I don't think it's appropriate. We cannnot say it's one and the same, we can only speculate.--Eupator 04:09, 10 February 2006 (UTC)
- I don't understand your question. We can only speculate because we have no contemporary sources regarding the ethnic makeup of the region. Not even one. All we know is what language was used to write in cuneiform, a language related to Hurrian (perhaps its derivative) and that's not Armenian or even Indo-European nor were their names for the most part. See Argishtis I of Urartu for a possible IE etymology though. --Eupator 21:57, 13 February 2006 (UTC)

So, do restore the page and I'll add the relevent info.--Moosh88 07:30, 20 February 2006 (UTC)
- I think you'll find that by notifying you of the speedy deletion I was actually giving you a good deal more consideration than many would have. Would you prefer if restored in your user space where you can work on it or restored in main space with an AfD nomination on it?
brenneman{T}{L} 07:46, 20 February 2006 (UTC)- I've restored it to User:Moosh88/Sasha Ogata. Once you've got it up to a level that you think passes the guideline, move it out into main space or drop me a note and I'll do it for you. You should be aware though that the bar for glamour models is very high in that AfD tends to treat them with brutal disdain. - brenneman{T}{L} 08:00, 20 February 2006 (UTC)
Glamour models
Afd goes feral when they think they see advertising. Porn "stars" get savaged for this reason, but then usually a few people charge to their defence based upon "wikipedia not censored for minors" or somesuch. The pseudo-porn industry falls into the gap - too "advertish" for most people, not "adult" enough to get defended. Drop me a note when you've got the article up to what you think is the level that will survive a nomination and I'll have a look at it and tell you what I think. - brenneman{T}{L} 04:42, 23 February 2006 (UTC)
- I'd put in the exact volume of the magazines that she's appeared in, with links to the relevent online version where they exist. As it stands it is no longer a speedy deltion candidate but would be highly unlikely to survive an AfD nomination.
- I also note that it appears you've done a cut and paste move from the userpage version to the mainspace version. This is very close to the top of the "worst things that you can ever do" list. It breaks GFDL as it loses the page history and is very difficult for an admin to clean up after if more than one person has edited the page.
- I'm going to re-delete the new version and you can move the userspace version into main space by using the "move" tab. Then you should tag the re-direct left behind for deletion. If that's all too much stuffing around, let me know and I'll do it for you.

Image uploads
Hello!
Thanks for uploading some pictures to Wikipedia. I wanted to make sure you were aware of some of the requirements and good practices for uploaded images.
- Pick an image name.
- When uploading an image, pick a file name that is descriptive, and unique. Remember that many images may be uploaded about the same topic, and remember that names are case sensitive.
- Source the image.
- On the image description page, explain where the image came from. If you created the image yourself, then say so. If it's from the web, give a URL. If it's a screenshot of a movie or game, or a scan from a book, give the title.
- Provide copyright and license information.
- This part is a little bit trickier, but it's very important. The copyright of the image generally belongs to whomever created it.
- If it's a photograph you took, or an image you created (modifying an image that already exists doesn't count) in software like Photoshop or GIMP, then you own the copyright. To upload it to Wikipedia, you must agree to license it under the GFDL (which allows anyone to use it, but requires that they give credit to the original author and requires that any further edit to the image be licensed under the GFDL as well) or release it into the public domain (which allows anyone to use it for any purpose without restriction.) Do this by placing an appropriate tag on the image description page, like {{GFDL}} or {{PD}}. Be sure to mention that you created the image. If you're using {{PD}}, you may also want to use {{NoRightsReserved}}, since there is some dispute as to whether one may grant items into the public domain.
- If you didn't create the image, or the copyright somehow belongs to another party (like a screenshot, which you might "create", but the copyright belongs to the author of the movie or video game), then you need to find another tag that describes the copyright status of the image. Images used on Wikipedia need to be free for our use and the use of sites which reproduce our content. This means that images cannot have a restriction such as "only for use by Wikipedia", or "for non-commercial use only", or "for educational use". Images without a free license may be usable in certain articles under fair use, but such a use should be justified on the image description page.
- Describe the image.
- To another reader, the image may not be immediately understood. A caption in an article doesn't explain the image to a visitor who sees it on its image page. Put a brief explanation of what is in the image on the image description page, similar to what you might include in a caption on an article.

Re: Azeri POV pusher(s)
Hey Moosh, you may have noticed that I haven't been involved in many Armenia-related articles recently, which is because I currently don't have a lot of time to spend on Wikipedia. Since constantly monitoring pages, looking up sources to support almost every single statement, and replying to extensive talk page discussions takes up a lot of time, I've chosen to spend the little time I have on purely non-controversial additions to Wikipedia. If I ever find myself with a lot of time on my hands, I will certainly help in monitoring and NPOVing Armenia-related articles, but for now, I'm afraid I can't help you. Also, I'm sorry to disappoint, but I'm not an administrator, so I can't protect pages, you should take a look at Wikipedia:List of administrators instead. Good luck. --Aramգուտանգ 21:31, 14 March 2006 (UTC)

SuggestBot picks articles in a number of ways, from comparing articles that need work to other articles you've edited, to choosing articles randomly (ensuring that all articles with cleanup tags get a chance to be cleaned up). It tries to recommend only articles that other Wikipedians have marked as needing work. Your contributions make Wikipedia better -- thanks for helping.

Image copyright problem with Image:Yuko.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Yuko.jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).
The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}
.
Please signify the copyright information on any other images you have uploaded or will upload. Remember that images without this important information can be deleted by an administrator. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. Thank you. Sherool (talk) 22:30, 19 March 2006 (UTC)

- I didn't quite understand what info you need for the Yuko picture that I posted, can you please elaborate?--Moosh88 22:41, 19 March 2006 (UTC)
- Well you claim that the copyright holder have released all rights to the photo and agree to let anyone use it for anyting. What makes you say that? Where does it say that the image is not copyrighted? You see unless the copyright holder have actively released all theyr rights to the image it is in fact fully copyright protected, no copyright notice or anyting like that is required (sadly it is a common misunderstanding that anyting without a explicit copyright notice can be used freely). Even if the copyright holder have agreed to let people use the image for private or non-commercial purposes the license tag you put on it would still be inapropriate as it says there are no restrictions on it. If you want to use this kind of images here I'd suggest reading Wikipedia:Fair use and see if your use of the image meet our fair use criterea instead. You may also find this helpfull (still work in progress though (feel free to suggest improvements on it's talk page), and don't take the title personaly). Hope this answers your questions, I realise these things are hopelessly complicated at times. --Sherool (talk) 23:07, 19 March 2006 (UTC)
- Copied from my talk page. --Sherool (talk) 23:43, 19 March 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks for responding. So what tag do you think would be ok for the image, and what restrictions do you think the image has? I really apriaciate your help!--Moosh88 23:22, 19 March 2006 (UTC)
- Well in the absense of any kind of explicit release info we have to asume the image is "all rightrs reserved", in this case I would think a {{fairusin|Yuko Aoki}} tag along with a fair use rationale for that page might be acceptable though. Read Wikipedia:Image description page#Fair use rationale to get an idea of what you need to include in your rationale to justify using the image in that article. Some more info on the origin of the image would be nice too, I doubht the site you link to actualy hold any rights to the image. --Sherool (talk) 23:43, 19 March 2006 (UTC)

- The only way to get a user banned is to file an ArbCom, something that I'm honestly too lazy to do. I don't think they're a huge problem right now, I've encountered worse. I think I already know all of them that there is to know, but you can inform me on any that I'm not aware of. :) I know Baku87 from a long time ago, he's added Azeri POV to articles pretty much forever. BTW, I don't think Adkagansu is a POV-pusher, and I honestly believe that he's just trying to make these articles more neutral. --Khoikhoi 04:26, 24 March 2006 (UTC)
- Well, some of the editors that have been pushing their POV are User:-Inanna-, User:TuzsuzDeliBekir, User:Hybridlily, and User:Metb82. This is simply my experience. Yeah, Baku87 isn't new, but he doesn't edit that much. --Khoikhoi 04:42, 24 March 2006 (UTC)
For what it's worth, I disagree with Khoikhoi about Adkagansu. It seems to me that he has been editing the Mount Ararat page in a very intolerant manner. He tears down a photograph that is better than the one he provided, then he reverts hard fact, not POV - that there is unhappiness among Armenians about Ararat belonging to Turkey. If you are pursuing him then good luck. Viewfinder 09:06, 25 March 2006 (UTC)
I note that Khoikhoi has deleted the Avitya photograph (I have restored it). This suggests that Khoikhoi and Adkagansu are acting together and that Khoikhoi's view of Adkagansu is biased. I am primarily into topography, not history, so I cannot really comment specifically on historical matters, but I think you should take this matter to a more senior Wikipedia source. Viewfinder 00:52, 26 March 2006 (UTC)
Just rechecked and discovered that Khoikhoi has thanked me for restoring the Avitya photo, so maybe I am wrong about the above mentioned acting together, but I still think you should take this to a more senior source. Viewfinder 00:59, 26 March 2006 (UTC)
- Who the hell are you? Khoikhoi? How can you say you know me while I never even heard of you? All you do is spread fake stuff about me, grow up! Baku87 16:21, 27 March 2006 (UTC)Baku87
I don't know who the above post is referring to, me or Viewfinder, in either case, it's you (baku87) that needs to group up and stop spreading your hateful POV.--Moosh88 21:28, 27 March 2006 (UTC)
- Hey Moosh, just thought you wanted to see this. --Khoikhoi 01:15, 28 March 2006 (UTC)
- No problem! BTW I notice there's been a revert war happening on the Khojaly massacre page. Is there still a lot more that needs to be done to the article? --Khoikhoi 03:56, 31 March 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks, but I'm already in whole bunch of other disputes, try reporting things to an admin if things heat up. As for Baku87, I warned him about personal attacks. If he does it again, I suggest you immediately talk to User:InShaneee about it. --Khoikhoi 04:12, 31 March 2006 (UTC)

On Khojaly
Perhaps my comments were not clear enough but although I affirmed that both sides' stories exist to some extent, equally, additional information must be added. Where I find it most lacking is the response by HRW in 1992 and the background information such as the siege of Stepanakert. Obviously much more information has been revealed since then including the death of the man who videotaped the aftermath of attack. Further questions arise from the wildly swinging casualty rates proposed by the Azeris from as little as 150 to nearly several thousand. With that said, I have my reservations of what actually occurred but have taken into consideration statements made by the commander who organized the attack against Khokaly, Sarkisyan, who hinted that many of the men came from Sumgait and Baku, locations of Azeri pogroms. This was also corroborated in Markar Melkonian's book My Brother's Road on his brother, Melkon Melkonian, who expressed his anger over several soldiers who took part in the attack and possibly massacred women and children. I doubt some large scale massacre took place at the scale the Azeris continue to promulgate every year (civilians killed in the crossfire, freezing to death while fleeing the city, etc.) I'm a bit skeptical to rule out the deeds of some "bad apples".
There was a report in Izvestiya in Feburary 1992 on the offical, detailed Armenian version though I am having trouble finding it. If you find any discrepancies in what I've said, point them out and I'll reconsider them. Here's an interesting quote I found by a member of the Sakharov Foundation who traveled there in the aftermath:
"All the evidence that we have indicates that the recent Khojali massacre (of Azeris by Armenians) really took place, although it appears that the numbers being given by the Azeris are widly exaggerated. (estimates have varied from a few hundred to a few thousand). It should be remembered amidst the international expressions of horror at Khojali that (Armenian) residents of Stepanakert are dying every day under rocket barrage from (Azeri) positions in nearby Shusha. Is it worse when people are killed all at once than when they are picked off a few at a time?" - David Leopold US human rights lawyer

Help
Hey Moosh,
Baku87 has been going around changing all instances of a discription of Armenian control in NK to "occupation" (check his contributions, pages such as Lachin and Khojali). Can you please help me out here? The more neutral term is control. Thank you. Khoikhoi 18:48, 11 May 2006 (UTC)

- BTW, perhaps you could review this edit and make sure it's neutral, thanks. —Khoikhoi 04:25, 14 May 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks. Also, look at this. It's a blatant personal attack. ("you must be Armenian" and "biased dolt") but apparently I should let that kind of crap stay up for everyone to see? This is just going to bring up hatred at Wikipedia. What should I do? —Khoikhoi 04:33, 14 May 2006 (UTC)
Image copyright problem with Image:2444 main.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:2444 main.jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).
The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}
.
Please signify the copyright information on any other images you have uploaded or will upload. Remember that images without this important information can be deleted by an administrator. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me, or ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sherool (talk) 22:36, 17 May 2006 (UTC)

Unspecified source for Image:Still02.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Still02.jpg. I notice the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this file yourself, then there needs to be a justification explaining why we have the right to use it on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you did not create the file yourself, then you need to specify where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page.
If the file also doesn't have a copyright tag, then one should be added. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. Notability of Khoren Gevor
Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Khoren Gevor, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Khoren Gevor seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Khoren Gevor, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. Barnstar Mockery
On May 7th of this year, at 14:37, the user page User:Dr Spam (MD) was created. Within a period of 48 hours, User:Dr Spam (MD) had placed approximately 55 barnstars on user pages and user talk pages. Many recipients doubted the sincerity of the sentiments behind these barnstars, in part because of the comments placed by Dr Spam on the barnstars. A sampling of the reasons that Dr. Spam offered for presenting barnstars to editors:
- Hi - I am putting this here in case there's trouble later. Please accept this tireless barnstar thing for all of your wiki-activity. Thanks. User:Dr Spam (MD) 16:08, 11 May 2007
- nice one! User:Dr Spam (MD) 16:51, 9 May 2007 (UTC)
- Hi I am leaving you with this barnstar for you to reflect carefully on. I will provide the citation in a few days once you have had the opportunity to consider why I might think that you deserve it. Peace User:Dr Spam (MD) 16:50, 9 May 2007 (UTC)
- Well done for all of your fantastic editing / writing: you are obviously a genius of our day, shining like the brightest barnstar against a dark barnnight in these new and difficult wiki-times. I therefore award you the surreal barnstar (I can't get the other barnstars to work properly - my apologies.) Please note that you have no right to remove the barnstar, for it is sacred. LEAVE WELL ALONE! Many thanks.
- awesome contribution to this web site! have a lovely barnstar thing User:Dr Spam (MD) 12:01, 8 May 2007 (UTC)
- cool editing
- Awesome
- Cool.
- I am awarding you a surreal barnstar because you obviously deserve it! Keep up the good work - don't slacken off, it'll get harder before it gets easier!
- Hy my cat (the fat white one) is awarding you this barnstar of diligence because he doesn't eat fish either. He just likes to eat biscuits - or so he says. But how then does he get so fat????
Occasionally Dr. Spam's comments did appear sincere (if vague), but a review of the record indicates that sincere-appearing comments were generally generated during a massive cut-and-paste session. There were also many barnstars presented with no comments at all, and even more that User:Dr Spam (MD) presented without signing his name to indicate from whom the award was coming.
In response, once this pattern of apparent insincerity was established, a few experienced editors asked Dr. Spam to desist from barnstar spamming, in the belief that randomly awarding barnstars devalues the entire barnstar program. (Indeed, so random was the placement of barnstars, that some were even placed on wiki accounts that had not been active for over a year.) Dr. Spam has now stopped, presumably recognizing that his efforts were not appreciated by the majority of editors.
Most of the barnstars placed by Dr. Spam during his May campaign have been voluntarily removed by the editors on whose pages they were placed. You are receiving this notice because Dr. Spam's barnstar still remains on your page. If you feel that Dr. Spam's barnstar spamming was a form of mockery, you may choose to remove it yourself. But if the way this barnstar was "awarded" does not bother you, you are of course free to keep it on your page. After all, it is your page. This notification was simply for your information. Image source problem with Image:S300.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:S300.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

Thank you for uploading Image:S300.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. Fair-use rationales
Please see WP:FURG for how to write a fair-use rationale guideline. --Yamla 19:17, 30 October 2007 (UTC)
Removing tags
Please stop removing tags, such as you did to Image:Meghri town-dcp7322.jpg, without resolving the underlying problem. In this case, you need to provide a specific source, most likely on armeniapedia.org, which identifies the copyright holder and provides evidence it was released under the terms of the GFDL. --Yamla 19:31, 30 October 2007 (UTC)
armeniapedia.org
armeniapedia.org specifically states that all content is copyright Raffi Kojian and that all rights are reserved. This is very different from GFDL. This means that Wikipedia cannot use any of the content of that site here except under fair-use and that specifically, Image:Meghri town-dcp7322.jpg is not available under the GFDL and must be deleted. --Yamla 20:17, 30 October 2007 (UTC)
Raffi has an account here, and he said it can be used, thus it should be kept. Contact him and ask if you do not believe me.--Moosh88 20:43, 30 October 2007 (UTC)
- Please have him alter the page on armeniapedia.org stating that that particular image is licensed under the GFDL. That would be sufficient. --Yamla 21:27, 30 October 2007 (UTC)
RfA block
You once again violated 1RR (as per Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Armenia-Azerbaijan 2) by these two reverts on Template:History of Armenia: 1 and 2. You are blocked for 48 hours as a result and must refrain from editing any article related to Armenia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, or Iran for one week. That one week topic ban starts immediately, not after your 48 hour block expires. This has been noted on the RfA page. --Yamla 20:23, 30 October 2007 (UTC)
- Note that this is appears to be your third block for violating the RfA, though I may be miscounting and it may only be your second. After five blocks, the maximum block time extends to one year. You still have a long way to go before hitting that limit but I urge you to start complying with the RfA immediately. --Yamla 20:26, 30 October 2007 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free media (Image:S300.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:S300.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 14:51, 4 November 2007 (UTC)

Speedy deletion of Ed Iskenderian
A tag has been placed on Ed Iskenderian requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.
If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must include on the external site the statement "I, (name), am the author of this article, (article name), and I release its content under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 and later." You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Recognition of the Armenian Genocide
Hi, I've had to undo your edit on that article. If the UK felt that the UN Convention rules could be applied retroactively to the Holocaust but not to the Armenian events, that doesn't make their non-recognition of the Armenian events unjustified, because the Armenian events and the Holocaust are very different. Runningfridgesrule (talk) 16:53, 2 July 2008 (UTC)
- Hi I just received your message (I'm on holiday, so I haven't been using Wikipedia a lot lately). I've actually studied the Holocaust at school, and I know for a fact that the Armenian events don't involve fascism, nationalism, racial supremacy or anything else linked to Nazism. Sure, the Holocaust is a genocide, but it is a very unique event in that everything is linked to the ideology of National Socialism (or as most people know it, Nazism). I find it very stupid of you to be judging me immediately just because I'm Turkish, and that could arguably be considered as a form of racism. So what if I'm Turkish? That's no excuse to be undoing my edits and giving articles a biased angle. At least try to be neutral, please. Runningfridgesrule (talk) 11:59, 19 July 2008 (UTC)
Warning
This edit to the page User talk:Runningfridgesrule is a breach of the Wikipeidia Civil Policy specifically "Using derogatory language towards other contributors or, in general, referring to groups such as social classes, nationalities, ethnic groups, religious groups, or others in a derogatory manner". If you are uncivil again expect that your account will be blocked for a time. --Philip Baird Shearer (talk) 21:21, 26 October 2008 (UTC)
- From My talk page
- Why did you put a warning on my talk page on oct. 26th? Your reason was that I was uncivil on a talk page, when I looked at my comments I saw nothing offensive. Maybe you should warn the user who denies the Armenian Genocide--Moosh88 (talk) 16:25, 9 November 2008 (UTC)
- I would have thought my explanation was explicit enough but "O I just saw you are Turkish, so it makes sense that you would deny the Armenian Genocide, just like neo Nazi's deny the Holocaust." Comparing Turks even indirectly to neo-Nazis and is a breach of "Using derogatory language towards other contributors ... [by] nationalities, ethnic groups, ... in a derogatory manner". See also Godwin's law. Please bare in mind that the talk pages are there to help editors work towards a consensus on the text of articles, and consider if such a posting to the talk page of User:Runningfridgesrule makes it more or less likely that (s)he is more or less likely to reach a consensus with you?
- As to your last comment, lack of civility is not something which is justified by quid pro quo, but in this case see User talk:Runningfridgesrule#Warning--PBS (talk) 11:13, 10 November 2008 (UTC)

Unreferenced BLPs
Hello Moosh88! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 4 of the articles that you created are tagged as Unreferenced Biographies of Living Persons. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to insure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. if you were to bring these articles up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 35 article backlog. Once the articles are adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the list:

Mousasi and his nationality
Hi
I changed his nationality to the Netherlands since that is the place he is billed from and is fighting for. I know that he is ethnic Armenian, but if you watch any Dream event you'd see the Dutch flag and him being Dutch national. In his last fight during Dream 16, they even played the Dutch national anthem for the Light Heavyweight title bout. So the correct nationality is Dutch, even if he might be ethnic Armenian. For example, Melvin Manhoef is also Dutch national, but ethnic Surinamese and born in Suriname, Giorgio Petrosyan is ethnic Armenian too but is representing Italy. So could you please stop reverting/editing it, since he is obviously representing the Netherlands. If you don't believe me, watch any Dream event, or even better, watch Dream 16 and see the Dutch national anthem play for Mousasi. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.209.133.224 (talk) 22:40, 10 October 2010 (UTC)
It should be what the event portrays him as, not a facebook page. If Dream portrays the Dutch flag, Dutch national anthem and calls him Dutch, isn't that enough to write that he is Dutch on the Dream event page? BJ Penn also loves to bring out the Hawaiian flag, or Tito Ortiz the Mexican, that doesn't mean we should edit their pages/event pages to portray that. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.209.133.224 (talk) 23:04, 10 October 2010 (UTC)
And Mousasi is born in Iran, not even Armenia. What is your point? I already gave other previous examples of Manhoef and Petrosyan. I am deleting my user talk page because I am fed up with people lik you being all patriotic and trying to portray everything in the way you want. He is billed as Dutch from both Dream, EA Sports MMA and several other sources, yet you and some other people want to take it personal and revert it back to Armenian. I do no longer want to discuss this, have it your way. I was only trying to portray it the accurate way from what I've seen and from an unbiased perspective. As I said, I don't care anymore since some (obvious Armenian, I guess you are too) people always revert it back to Armenia. Go and edit Petrosyan's profile too for all I care.
Goodbye. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.209.133.224 (talk) 23:22, 10 October 2010 (UTC)
The issue at hand does not involve patriotism at all. Have you looked at Badr Hari's or Gokhan Saki's pages? Both are in the same boat as Mousasi yet they are representing Morocco, and Turkey respectively. Wikipedia strives for unanimity in these types of issues. I am more than willing to discuss this in a clear headed manner.--Moosh88 (talk) 23:59, 10 October 2010 (UTC)

Falsifactions on Karabakh Khanate
Azerbaijan didnt exist before the 20th century, yet they keep changing the info from Karabakh Khanate which was during the 17th century-18th century to Azeribaijani instead of the Qajars of Persian dynasty. Please help out to revert and restore the reliable sources they keep vandalizing. Thanks. 75.51.167.26 (talk) 14:43, 2 April 2011 (UTC)
No problem bro. I'm the same guy here, I have a dynamic IP internet service. There is also vandalism from [3], who removes just about any mentions of Armenians, like this one here in Mount Nemrut -> [4]. He also removes reliable sources from Orontes I (Orontes II)[5] (see also Orontid Dynasty recent IP vandal blocked 2 weeks ->[6]). There is also [7] , from Kingdom of Sophene, any mention of Ararat with Urartu is always removed. Same in Neo-Assyrian Empire, they locked the article for mentionings of Urartu/Armenia , Urartu/Ararat(Armenia) etc. [8] <-- I was not putting it in every "mention", and here is the source: From Shalmenaser III's Black Obelisk mentioning of "Arame the first King of Ararat (Urartu) as an "Armenian King" --> reliable source here: ->[9]. Thank for helping out bro. 76.238.246.114 (talk) 18:43, 5 April 2011 (UTC)
If you have time also, can you take a look at this [10] <-- they removed once again even just a simple link I put to Armenians (in Safavid Dynasty of Iran with Shah Abbas I moving some Armenians to Nor Jugha), and "Azerbaijani" (or Azerbaijan country) people didnt even exist at this time which is even an earlier time from the Karabakh Khanate even. I'm trying to find sources to point to the "Iranian/Persian" origins of this dynasty that is not supposed to be any Azerbaijani mixed ancestry during this time in the 16th-17th centuries. 76.238.246.114 (talk) 19:00, 5 April 2011 (UTC)
I found some of the answer on this Safavid Dynasty, -> "Extant religious poetry from him, written in the Old Azari language[35][36] – a now-extinct Northwestern Iranian language – and accompanied by a paraphrase in Persian which helps their understanding, has survived to this day and has linguistic importance.[35] This is an Iranian language, not even Turkish or Azerbaijani Turkish! "It was the dominant language in that region before it was replaced by a Turkic language, now known as the Azerbaijani language[4]." The Azerbaijani Turks are trying to distort the history claiming ancestry of this dynasty in the 16th-18th centuries AD. The other link that points to them as ancestors of the dynasty is also a broken link [11] —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.232.255.108 (talk) 02:13, 6 April 2011 (UTC)
There is some other user now changing those articles including Karabakh Khanate again. And if you look at the earliest info of the Safavid Dynasty it says nothing about "Azeri Turks", it says Persian/Iranian dynasty. Here is the info now in the article From the evidence available at the present time, it is certain that the Safavid family was of indigineous Iranian stock, and not of Turkish ancestry as it is sometimes claimed 76.246.26.39 (talk) 17:57, 6 April 2011 (UTC)

They continue to vandalize the Karabakh Khanate article [13] , here was the RS's that was put here, and every few weeks or months they change it, and now the page has been locked for a few days. "Bad faith edit"
I do not appreciate my restoration of a reference or referenced information regarded as a "bad faith edit"[14]. If you have a problem with the Croissant reference or my edit, I would appreciate the use of talk page instead of a snide remark in the edit summary. Thanks. --Kansas Bear (talk) 03:40, 8 April 2011 (UTC)
- Likewise; if you're going to accuse users in good standing of a bad faith edit, do it to our face. We were reverting a banned user, and I will revert you for putting it back in a bad faith fashion (and yes, I am saying it to your face). If you want to own up to the edit, fine, claim it - but don't do it because of others. If you continue to edit war based on a poor-faith premise, I can quite well assure you you don't be doing it for long. --Golbez (talk) 20:28, 8 April 2011 (UTC)
- No reason to get hostile. As for saying to their face, I wasn't aware that is wikipedia policy. I put it in the comments section, and from what I understood by looking at the history section it seemed Azeri POV pushers were at work, and KansasBear either knowingly or unknowingly helped them out. Now you can look at my time here at wikipedia and you'll see overall I have tended to keep my nose clean and not edit war or treat wikipedia as a battleground. Good day.--Moosh88 (talk) 20:36, 8 April 2011 (UTC)
- I get hostile when I'm accused of bad faith editing. It's not Wikipedia policy, it's how-not-to-piss-off-Golbez policy. I apologize if I was a little brusque, but you DID accuse us both of bad faith without any statement backing up said accusation. --Golbez (talk) 21:44, 8 April 2011 (UTC)
- Do not take it so seriously. Like I said, there was an edit war going on with verman1 and he had edited multiple articles. I did not know who was actively supporting him either willfully or thru ignorance. Regardless, I assumed Kansasbear had at the very least made a mistake by putting up Azeri POV. If I was wrong sorry but I bet you two can understand how easy it is to mistake legit editors for Azeri POV pishers since Verman1 had posted on multiple talk pages, i.e. canvassing, asking for help to further his agenda. I am not trying to bad mouth any editor(s), so if you feel like you were wrongfully targeted sorry, but again, please try to look at it thru my eyes.--Moosh88 (talk) 09:06, 9 April 2011 (UTC)

Don't know, even if it will it has comply with all of the rules, otherwise should be deleted again (I guess). --Avdav (talk) 23:23, 9 April 2011 (UTC)
User Avidus
Can you please watch this [15] user keeps vandalizing Armenian related articles. 76.237.10.27 (talk) 23:54, 9 April 2011 (UTC)
- What seems to be the issue? He does not seem to be in line with some of the more recent Azeri POV pushers.--Moosh88 (talk) 00:34, 10 April 2011 (UTC)
The POV pushers are not only Azeri Turks or Turks as you know. This user I mentioned here is claiming that the Yervanduni (Orontid) Dynasty is not Armenian but rather Persians. Here is the source from the Orontid Dynasty page -> The Yervanduni Dynasty-A. Richard Diebold Center for Indo-European Language and Culture, which clearly says Orontes I (Yervand I) is an Armenian satrap. I also noticed that the names Yervand and Yerevan are very similar, and I dont think that is a coincidence, they are both Armenian words/names. He is trying to change the info mainly about Orontes I, claiming he is Persian and not Armenian. The picture of Orontes I is directly from armenianhighland.com, and this person knows it and purposely is trying to falsify our history. Please watch this user [16], he always is removing the Armenian info from the Orontids, which is even after the Urartu/Ararat times. Now they are trying to put our history even more to a later period, after the Orontids, beginnings from Artashesian. Orontes I is an Armenian, and later as an ancestor to Anthiochas who built Mount Nemrut. And also earlier Mitanni ancestors of Armenians are linked with Orontids. That is why Orontes I here was satrap of Matiene, which corresponds to our name Mitanni. Alright Ill wait for your response. 76.232.255.71 (talk) 06:20, 10 April 2011 (UTC)
- I will keep an eye on it. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. We have had problems with Iranian ultra nationalists claiming Armenians as 'Christian Iranians' in the past and therefore adding nonesense to a number of ancient Armenia related articles.--Moosh88 (talk) 01:10, 11 April 2011 (UTC)
Gegard Mousasi
The current consensus regarding flags on the BLPs of MMA fighters is that we should follow the guidelines of MOS:FLAG. Per MOS:FLAG, flags should be discouraged from being added to articles where a person isn't specifically representing their country in some sport, such as the Olympics. There was (and still is an ongoing) discussion over at WT:MMA regarding this issue that you're welcome to join in on. Right now, I believe the issue is that no one has come up with a valid argument to go against the Manual of Style for Flags in regards to why flag icons should be kept. Currently, the best argument is, "Because they look nice"..... and while I agree it's nice to be able to just glance over and see where a fighter is from, it doesn't particularly add anything to the BLP and it isn't truly "needed". And being that I'm a "less is more" kind of guy, I'm going along with the current consensus which is, to remove all flag icons. Hope I was able to explain it to you, but please read the rather lengthy discussions regarding this issue at WT:MMA to get a better idea. Dachknanddarice (T‖C) 15:21, 11 April 2011 (UTC)
Agreed. It seems silly to war over something like flag icons and wether we capitalize "(Punches)" or "(punches)", but whatever. I'm just doing whatever is considered the consensus at this time, and at this time, flag icons and capitalization is a no-no. Dachknanddarice (T‖C) 18:35, 13 April 2011 (UTC)
Vandalism on Orontid Dynasty
I thought you were going to watch out of these pages? There was vandalism again on [17] Orontid Dynasty page. This time its an Azeri Turk, from what his contribs edits are showing. He changed the heading to "Persian dynasty", and it was like this for hours bro!. We cant allow this to happen, this guy was banned for 2 weeks! Right when he returned he changed this info to "Persian dynasty"! Bro, please watch these articles that I mentioned. If you cant please let Kevorkmail, MarshallBagramyan or these other users know about it. 76.246.27.46 (talk) 18:56, 13 April 2011 (UTC)
Kansas Bear has joined in this issue and supporting the 2 week banned IP vandal?? Also Satrapy of Armenia page is same issue now.[18] Provide the Xenophon and Moses of Chorene sources, which both mention Tigran Yervanduni as the Armenian king of Orontids, which was the ally of Cyrus the Great. Both mention this, thats a powerful fact on this. Also mentions Xenophon's sentence there mentioned in the beginning first sentence of the first paragraph in the Orontid Dynasty page which mentions his source from Xenophon's book.
Can you watch the Karabakh Khanate article?
They keep changing and removing the sources [19] that was discussed in the talk page by User:MarshallBagramyan, User:Aregakn, etc. Please watch the article. Karabakh Khanate was ruled by Qajar dynasty, not the Azeri Turks, please watch for these changes -> [20] 76.237.11.45 (talk) 17:37, 16 April 2011 (UTC)
Urartian language vandalism
There is also vandalism in Urartian language page, I added more sources to back up the language issues. I also put the Category Armenian languages which includes Urartian language inside the link, and this person is just vandalizing the article, and POV pushing, its no suprise the days and timing of his vandalism, as it is once again near April 24, we always see these kings of vandals around during these days. 75.51.161.194 (talk) 19:02, 22 April 2011 (UTC)
Kansas Bear's behavior
I wrote some info on his talk page responding about the Persian cuneiforms and relation to Armenians, and he just removed my comments from his talk page [21], check his history of the talk page. Here is what I wrote:
"I want to clarify something in the Persian cuneiform records. Its almost universally agreed that the Persian record in cuneiform mentioning "Armina", refers to "Armenia". Its in that same form whenever it talks about an "Armenian", it uses that same form "Armin" <-- for the individual, and for the country "Armin'a". Those are the forms referring to the country Armenia and people Armenians, in the Persian cuneiforms."
This info is also for you to use, so in case you didnt know or aware of this, same goes with Dadarsi, he was referred to in the cuneiforms as "Armin" <--Armenian. Phoenicians8 (talk) 07:46, 24 April 2011 (UTC)
- In response to the sockpuppet's accusations. I do not associate with sockpuppets, see:Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Ararat arev, which is why I removed his/her comments from my talk page. --Kansas Bear (talk) 02:54, 28 April 2011 (UTC)
- Even assuming that Phoenicians8 is a sock puppet, you still should not ignore his/her valid points.--Moosh88 (talk) 21:27, 30 April 2011 (UTC)
- Valid points? I have yet to see any published evidence to support said sockpuppet's assertion. Just because someone says something, doesn't make it a fact. Hence why we have to use reliable sources. Not someone's opinion, whether stated here or on some website. --Kansas Bear (talk) 01:43, 1 May 2011 (UTC)
Watch User:Montyofarabia
This user keeps removing images in the Armenia page related to our culture, religion, and arts [22]. Can you watch for this also bro? Thanks. It seems there is so much vandalism, whe it comes to Armenia related pages. 75.51.175.220 (talk) 19:08, 25 April 2011 (UTC)
Major POV and distortions in Urartian language page
Please revert those edits, that is complete distortion of the sources [23] they are providing![24] They are saying that, "Armenian replaced the former language Urartian in 5TH CENTURY AD!, before that they are putting it was territory of Urartu!, before 5th century "AD" <--AD ??? Please read the discussions and revert back to the stable original versions.
Here is the POV and major distortions:
It is Classical Armenian that emerges in written records in the 5th century AD as the dominant language of what had used to be Urartian territory.[5]

Khojaly Massacre in Armenia page??
They just added a section Khojaly Massacre in the Armenia article. I dont think that belongs in the article? And if it is even factual information to begin with. 75.51.173.222 (talk) 19:38, 26 April 2011 (UTC)
Armenians article infobox
Can you revert Vahan from the edits he did changing the infobox? He has added a Turkish person, apparently of Armenian decent, and an unimportant figure to be in the infobox in the first place. It included Hayk, which he tries to give reasons to remove in the talk page, but Hayk is there because we Armenians call our name Hay, and country Hayk, from his name. There is no reason to remove him. 76.232.254.64 (talk) 23:34, 8 May 2011 (UTC)
Can you revert the last revision that removed the references and is regarding the Akaddian record Armani, which in that page they are removing the link to Name of Armenia 166.216.226.23 (talk) 10:33, 10 May 2011 (UTC)
Now on top of that, User Dougweller comes and removes further info from the page. The part that it even says "Further Speculation", he removes specifically the Egyptian record of "Ermenen" by Thutmose III of Egypt. (and you know why? he wants there to be a huge gap from the 2200 BC records to the 500 BC, when we have the 1400 BC in between these huge gaps of time, in order to not connect all of them as one and the same) It says speculation but he still removes it!? Please restore those records, there is even references and sources to that record. The previous user also removed referenced material regarding Armenians being native and not from Phrygia etc, that the IE colonies went westward from Armenia, not the other way around.
This is the record he removed, can you put it back?:
Another mention by pharaoh Thutmose III of Egypt in the 33rd year of his reign (1446 BC) as the people of Ermenen, and says in their land "heaven rests upon its four pillars".
And here are its sources/references:

Please revert the last additions by kentronhayastan in Template:History of Armenia
Can you please revert kentronhayastan' last additions in Template:History of Armenia, he is adding incorrect dates to the template history. Those additions were never there, and its once again to distort the dates of history which in the first part is supposed to say 2400 BC-2200 BC, instead he chooses to be clever saying "until" 590 BC (making sure that he doesnt mention anything earlier than that date), and not in the same pattern with all the other dates that apply to those dates. 76.237.10.247 (talk) 19:34, 20 July 2011 (UTC)

Please stop adding unsourced or poorly-sourced BLPs. The Mark of the Beast (talk) 05:55, 3 August 2011 (UTC)
- What is your issue? All of the people who have been added are people who's names already appear in the relavent articles on the wrestling world championships. Furthermore, none of them go into detail about the person, meaning there is no chance anyone can claim libel in there. It is a fact that these people won a medal and is supported by the websites that are used to create the world wrestling championships articles.--Moosh88 (talk) 05:58, 3 August 2011 (UTC)

Please give your reasons, explain to the user kentronhayastan to compare to the Template:History of Iran, and other countries templates as well, that they have dates that go even earlier to 3200 BC, 2800 BC etc. So give those and other of your reasons to leave the 2400 BC, and he just removes on purpose so that we wont have our earlier than 500 BC time dates.
