Thank you for the detailed draft. I'll leave the actual review to someone else.

I did want to make sure you were aware of WP:Conflict of interest and WP:Paid-contributions disclosure. It may be beneficial for you to put a note on your user page saying you have read those pages and they do not apply to you with respect to Mr. Gurney. Or, if they do apply, it's highly recommended that you declare the conflict of interest. If the paid-contributions disclosure applies, disclosure is a requirement, not just "highly recommended."
