You seem familiar, MTC?

Jack Awards
I noticed that you put a tag on the Jack Awards page citing that the article doesn't cite its references - however I note that there are 4 fairly specific references at the bottom of the page - which is a lot more than a whole heap of other australian music articles have. Could you provide your reasoning for the tag Dan arndt 04:11, 20 February 2007 (UTC)
- Removed the tag, the cleanup one still applies as each year's info needs to be in a table format to look neater --Mikecraig 04:27, 20 February 2007 (UTC)
- Will try and track down references for those areas with citations required. If I had the time I'd work on the table format but maybe someone with the skills might be able to assist on that one Dan arndt 04:38, 20 February 2007 (UTC)

Get This Guest Hosts
Mikecraig, just curious as to why do you add 'TBA' consistantly to the List of guest hosts on Get This? It makes it difficult to view the history when there are edits with only 'TBA' added. Why not leave it off until it is announced? Stu 02:01, 15 March 2007 (UTC)
- It's a standard convention and it also helps for others to contribute the names as sometimes I or others may miss hearing what Tony Martin says is the next upcoming guest co-host. --Mikecraig 23:10, 15 March 2007 (UTC)

Flags
Hi :P , this is your choice, but the reason I do not like flags is because they can be redundant, and in some cases, space-hogging, in my opinion.. I will not mess with it though, it's your choice.. Please reply to me on my talk page if you wish.. Have a nice day! Illyria05 (Talk • Contributions) 05:05, 21 March 2007 (UTC)
- Please don't think I was hassling you...I thought it was just odd as there seems to be no consistancy in regards to the infoboxes for TV Shows and this flag thing is a good issue...should it go for all or stay for all?...and then set the standard for all. --Mikecraig 05:14, 21 March 2007 (UTC)
- Oh, I was not thinking you were hassling me, just thinking of others before myself (I tend to do that sometimes) :P .. I personally dislike flags, but again, you may choose.. Illyria05 (Talk • Contributions) 05:17, 21 March 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading Image:Axlepublicityten.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the image description page and edit it to add
{{Replaceable fair use disputed}}
, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template. - On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that fair use images which could be replaced by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted 48 hours after this notification, per our Fair Use policy. Notability of Will & Lehmo
A tag has been placed on Will & Lehmo, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is notable, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}}
on the top of the page (below the existing db tag) and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. --Finngall talk 06:08, 2 April 2007 (UTC)
- You can delete it as it's completly wrong anyway...new article with correct article name being written now with references and will be expanded within the next 24-48 hrs --Mikecraig 06:18, 2 April 2007 (UTC)
- The new article has been similarly tagged. How can a radio show be notable enough for an encyclopedia article on its first day? --Finngall talk 06:22, 2 April 2007 (UTC)
- Because it has taken over a major timeslot and high rating program on the Triple M network and the host in question Wil Anderson is a major radio/tv personality who has had major media buildup to this new program. It has to be a stub initally until more details are given over the next few days. --Mikecraig 06:24, 2 April 2007 (UTC)

My watchlist picked up some very recent changes in the article relating to Australia. While I can understand that there was the need for the fact templates, it's not a subject that was hard to research and add in the relevant information. You can see from the current version it's been cleaned up and there is now no need for the fact tags or unreferenced block. If you wouldn't mind spending a few minutes to see if you can improve the research on the article instead of just plastering fact tags over the place it would do the world of good. Thanks -- Thewinchester (talk) 06:21, 10 April 2007 (UTC)
- Not a problem, I am just frustrated that people write heaps of stuff and dont back it up with sources referenced. It's also bad when people edit an article and dont put proper places or locations and be very vague with information...will keep that in mind for the future --Mikecraig 22:00, 10 April 2007 (UTC)

Editing Posts
Hi,
Just with regards to you removing the edits I made to the Triple M page recently. I know what I am talking about because I work for the company. One of the reasons you gave for removing the updates to the page was that you believed the station looked more like a 2Day/Fox station. The Today Network station in Perth is 92.9. The Triple M station in Perth is MIX 94.5. The Triple M name in Perth has a very bad history due to 96FM previously holding the brand and failing big time. Therefore, the company is very wary about making the switch fully to Triple M in Perth. But as I stated in my edits, Mix 94.5 in Perth is the Triple M radio station. They are even featured in the promotional reel for the Triple M network which the sales team use to sell airtime at the station. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f_J7v1cn3LE And they are included as part of the Triple M network on this page. http://www.austereo.com.au/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=31&Itemid=61
Very much like KOFM in Newcastle. The station does not carry the Triple M identity, it is, in fact, a Triple M station. Once again, I work for the company and that is why I made the edits.
Please get back to me if you have any questions. FineTuneIt
- Fine, Put the references linking articles, websites...etc to the section where you mention it is a "Triple M" station - just by putting something in wikipedia without anything to back it up is against WP policy--Mikecraig 03:06, 20 April 2007 (UTC)
- Have just put the info back linking the article --Mikecraig 03:09, 20 April 2007 (UTC)
- Thank you :) --Finetuneit 03:48, 20 April 2007

Unspecified source for Image:Bb2007cast.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Bb2007cast.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self-no-disclaimers}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 01:33, 23 April 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Longhair\talk 01:33, 23 April 2007 (UTC)
list of broadcasters for jericho
Hey, well maybe you should put something in there anyway saying that it returns on friday though.... Thanks, Mrx9898 05:38, 23 April 2007 (UTC)
- TEN has NOT confirmed this or advertised this, there is supposed changes to the programming due to Big Brother and Search for the Next Pussycat Doll. --Mikecraig 05:43, 23 April 2007 (UTC)
- Also the official Ten forum and administrator had announced
- "Hi all, Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but Jericho, originally scheduled for 9:30 Friday April 27th, has been removed from that night, with the Pussycat Dolls put in its place. On Sunday 29th at 9:30, the movie American Pie The Wedding has replaced the Pussycat Dolls. 10ad" --Mikecraig 05:47, 23 April 2007 (UTC)
Oh sorry, didn't read the ten forum. Mrx9898 07:44, 23 April 2007 (UTC)
- No probs...I see also that they have commenced advertising for the Pussycat Dolls show to be in that Friday slot from now on...so not sure what is happening --Mikecraig 22:03, 23 April 2007 (UTC)
Hello, I was just looking over the image you uploaded (Image:Bb2007cast.jpg) and it seems that you have noted that you took the photo yourself. Under my observations, it looks to be a copied version from [1]. Is this correct? Unless you are a contractor or employee of News Limited, this is a copyright violation and should be investigated. I can help you through this claim and can be very easy (while also keeping the image on Wikipedia). Many thanks, Extranet (Talk | Contribs) 09:35, 23 April 2007 (UTC)
- Not required as I recorded the episode and after seeing the article that was published, I was able to go through the footage and capture the same frame that they did so I did not need to "copy" the image that was put in the article. All I used is the idea of the shot they used as it looked good to show all the housemates in one frame and tried to replicate (thanks to video capturing/editing tools). --Mikecraig 22:24, 23 April 2007 (UTC)
- Okay, thanks for your explanation and I understand. It's just that I had to find out as some people upload copyrighted images and try to claim credit for them, and, it was exactly the same dimensions as News Limited's one - thats what turned me to you in the first place. Sorry to bother you. Have a great day, Extranet (Talk | Contribs) 06:23, 24 April 2007 (UTC)
- Hey no probs...I thought that News Ltd pic was good so I was glad it gave me inspiration to capture it from what I had recorded...normally I am not that vigilant in regards to getting screenshots..etc --Mikecraig 06:32, 24 April 2007 (UTC)

Quick question
Just wanna confirm this: can redirects have categories? I was under the impression that if they did, the category sections would have no end. ~I'm anonymous
- Check Wikipedia:Redirect --Mikecraig 03:52, 30 April 2007 (UTC)
- I didn't quite know what it meant before. I think its saying that the only category that can be added to a redirect is something noteworthy like {{R from misspelling}}. That about right? ~I'm anonymous
Regarding reversions[2] made on April 30 2007 to The Angels (Australian band)
You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content which gains a consensus among editors. Thank you. - auburnpilot talk 04:35, 30 April 2007 (UTC)

I complete The Angels Bio going way back, before your time Mike. You didn't write it I did. Also it was giving the thumbs up by Brent Eccles Managment. Only that open of The Angels ARIA Hall of Fame, was mine. Hell, I was invite to attend awards with the band in 1998. I have email's and one letter by managment to proof it.

- Firstly, you are still not signing your posts! - sign your statements. Secondly OFFICIAL WIKIPEDIA POLICY states "Encyclopedic content must be verifiable". You have not linked or listed any references to any part of the article. Articles should rely on reliable, third-party published sources with a reputation for fact-checking and accuracy. Sources should be appropriate to the claims made. Also look at other article for bands to see how the article is structured, having large slabs of text does not make for good editing or reading. --Mikecraig 05:10, 30 April 2007 (UTC)

- 2nd time that you are still not signing posts --Mikecraig 05:18, 30 April 2007 (UTC)
And just one other comment. Please stop throwing warning templates at other users as you did here; this doesn't accomplish anything. Use your own words and say something that is actually relevant to the discussion. This is referred to as "templating the regulars" and is considered quite incivil. - auburnpilot talk 05:47, 30 April 2007 (UTC)
- What do you suggest is best course of action? He keeps continuing to not follow simple WP policy and if you look at the discussion on the Angels article, his talk page..etc there is major issues there. --Mikecraig 05:51, 30 April 2007 (UTC)
