Your username

[edit]

Hi. I noticed you wish to remove the "(true)" from your username. Perhaps I can be of assistance in that area.—cyberpower ChatLimited Access 15:45, 6 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

You can follow the instructions at Wikipedia:Changing username to have a bureaucrat change your username. Cheers! Reaper Eternal (talk) 18:02, 6 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I like to keep conversations on one page. It makes it easier to track the conversations. Is it the title of your userpage, your signature, or your entire username that you would like to have changed? The changing of your username would require a usurp.—cyberpower ChatOffline 18:26, 6 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I once had the user name Michael V. Gold, but something happened and I no longer have it. I don't quite know what you mean by "usurp" in this context. I am presuming this is the best page to converse with you on this topic. Thanks again for your time. Michael V Gold (True) (talk|Chat) 16:13, 7 September 2012 (UTC) [reply]

Was it on a different Wikipedia? I see no edits under that account but it appears to exist. I'll talk to a fellow bureaucrat to see if he can rename your account.—cyberpower ChatLimited Access 17:35, 7 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
