Jellybeans

[edit]
You have been awarded these Jelly Beans from -The Doctor- Please, enjoy them.

Here are some Jelly beans for you. I love jelly beans as they have sugar in them and most people love sugar. But on the other hand just receiving somthing from somone else just makes you happy and also just giving this to you makes me happy. I hope to spread the jelly beans all over Wikipedia, so here, you can have this lot. Please enjoy them. (I like the lime ones.)

Editors need a bit of a sugar high too.

An apple a day keeps -The Doctor- away. Or does it! (talk)(contribs) 02:20, 22 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

madre lingua italiana?

[edit]

Ciao e grazie--Freegiampi 17:41, 26 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Manezês

[edit]

Hi, Melaen. I appreciate your vigilance, but I had not even finished translating Manezês when you 'uncategorised' it. To be honest, my first priority was writing the piece, before compartmentalising it. --It's-is-not-a-genitive 13:34, 2 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

RC Patroller

[edit]

Thanks for being a dillifent recent changes patroller. As you no doubt realized I played a talk page template in the Hamilton Szabos article mainspace instead of the talk page. Thanks again for your hard work. Flibirigit 14:02, 2 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Wow, that was quick! But I was actually adding cats to the article and your edit caused an edit conflict :( Sometimes efficiency is not always a good thing! — Superbfc 14:50, 2 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Request for edit summary

[edit]

When editing an article on Wikipedia there is a small field labeled "Edit summary" under the main edit-box. It looks like this:

Edit summary text box

The text written here will appear on the Recent changes page, in the page revision history, on the diff page, and in the watchlists of users who are watching that article. See m:Help:Edit summary for full information on this feature.

Filling in the edit summary field greatly helps your fellow contributors in understanding what you changed, so please always fill in the edit summary field, especially for big edits or when you are making subtle but important changes, like changing dates or numbers. Thank you. – Oleg Alexandrov (talk) 22:34, 3 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Karai.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Karai.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 23:20, 13 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed Deletion of Thought Management

[edit]

Hi Melean. Thanks for taking the time to read the thought management article. I am a bit new at the Wikipedia process and I am working to cite some other sources that are more suitable. Currently there are some online publications that will be posting articles about the subject. Wondering if you have any suggestions as to what sources would be best? I've looked through the Wiki sources and ref pages. This is a fairly new term and is growing in popularity and it helps the whole community for it to be on Wiki. There have been a few books published specifically on thought management as well as some smaller web publications. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Melodieofmovement (talkcontribs) 14:56, 7 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Diddl

[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Diddl, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

No reliable sources, Orphaned for over two years, no recent improvement

All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Removed speedy deletion tag: Liridon gjocaj

[edit]

Hi Melaen! Firstly, thanks for helping out in CSD areas. I just wanted to inform you that I removed the speedy deletion tag you placed on Liridon gjocaj- because: the page does not meet G1, as the text is not english If you have any questions or other message, please contact me. Thanks Kingpin13 (talk) 22:12, 3 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Wow! A second incident!

[edit]

That is amazing--a second incident with very similary characteristics: 2 Asian nationals smuggling U.S. Treasury bonds at a major port of travel--with lots of "silence" by public officials. Keep up the good work. Take care. ProfessorPaul (talk) 01:26, 27 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Alberto Gianni requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Speedy deletion tags

[edit]

I see you have placed {{speedydelete}} tags on various articles, but have given no reason for deletion. Please see WP:SPEEDY for valid deletion rationales. I42 (talk) 23:50, 10 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Nomination of Thought management for deletion

[edit]

A discussion has begun about whether the article Thought management, which you created or to which you contributed, should be deleted. While contributions are welcome, an article may be deleted if it is inconsistent with Wikipedia policies and guidelines for inclusion, explained in the deletion policy.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Thought management until a consensus is reached, and you are welcome to contribute to the discussion.

You may edit the article during the discussion, including to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 20:58, 7 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Reply for Nomination of Oxygen cocktail for deletion

[edit]

Sorry, but I don't see why my article is nominated for deletion. I have studied a lot of scientific material in Russian which explain how this drink works and which prove that it has a positive effect on the body. Numerours clinical trials have proved that tyhe oxygen cocktail can be part of oxygen therapy. All the links and references are provided. Most documents are unfortunately only in Russian but I'll try to find some info in English. And besides, the following article has not been deleted. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oxygen_bar As far as I know one can buy oxygen cocktails in oxygen bars. —Preceding unsigned comment added by EnJoyce (talkcontribs) 19:45, 26 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

HotCat tagging

[edit]

Hi there Melaen. I noticed you just added the category 1922 films to A Story of Sex, Drugs and Crime, but according to the article, it was made in 1992. Anyway, I suspect the article is a hoax, and just wanted to let you know. Thanks. ceranthor 15:52, 13 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Tagging for speedy delete

[edit]

When tagging for articles for speedy delete pleas take a minute to see if there really is a claim of notability. In this case the comment that she was inducted to the Baseball Hall of Fame is enough to make a valid claim of notability. It should have been tagged with a WP:PROD as an unsourced biography. It took me a few seconds to see that she was listed in both the Rockford Peaches and the Kalamazoo Lassies and a little bit longer to find a reference to her being a player. Thanks. Enter CBW, waits for audience applause, not a sausage. 00:07, 14 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hallo, You reported this as Speedied on the editor's web page but I can't see it in the page history itself! Did you forget to edit the article, or has something more complicated happened? PamD (talk) 09:13, 14 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Clearly not a hoax, easy to find references using Google Books. Kenilworth Terrace (talk) 18:13, 16 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
