2022 Fan Controlled Football season moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, 2022 Fan Controlled Football season, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. [edit]Your account has been blocked indefinitely for advertising or promotion and violating the Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use. This is because you have been making promotional edits to topics in which you have a financial stake, yet you have failed to adhere to the mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a form of conflict of interest (COI) editing which involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is strictly prohibited. Using this site for advertising or promotion is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, please read our guide to appealing blocks to understand more about unblock requests, and then add the text {{unblock|reason=your reason here ~~~~}}
at the end of your user talk page. For that request to be considered, you must:
- Confirm that you have read and understand the Terms of Use and paid editing disclosure requirements.
- State clearly how you are being compensated for your edits, and describe any affiliation or conflict of interest you might have with the subjects you have written about.
- Describe how you intend to edit such topics in the future.
- This block is for edits at Bryan Scott (quarterback), specifically saying that Scott asked you to make edits on his behalf, likely for payment as with many other previous editors there (which has not been disclosed). After gaming the system to subvert the page protection (by making rapid minor edits to your userpage in an attempt to get your edit count up), you made edits to the article consistent with other sockpuppet accounts in order to push Scott's agenda there, contrary to local consensuses. - I am once again asking you to lift my ban, or at least reduce it a substantial amount. Mr. Scott did not pay me what so ever. I was doing it out of the kindness of my heart to provide the correct information onto his page, which is why I got my edit count up. I am a spring football nerd, and want to provide the correct information to everyone. I have no knowledge on if he did pay other people in the past, but I can say that he did not pay me. I do not even know Mr. Scott. As I said before, I like to edit Wikipedia as a hobby to provide the correct information to people. Not being able to edit at all in the previous month was a very hard thing to do, especially seeing other people putting false information down. I really like doing this. Please, I am asking you again to lift my ban. Thank You, God Bless. Mdelnegro12 (talk) 03:05, 25 March 2022 (UTC)

Request reason:
I was blocked from editing Wikipedia pages for advertisement and promotions. If I am unblocked I will avoid such behavior 100% of the time and will not come anywhere close at all. In the future, I would only make edits that are credible with cited sources. I am deeply sorry for my actions and I really hope I can become unblocked. I love editing Wikipedia it is one of my favorite hobbies and things to do. I would feel really empty and sad if I can not edit in the future anymore. Thank you
Decline reason:
It is difficult to think that you will abide by Wikipedia guidelines since you already have subverted them by artifically editing to get your edit count up, along with possible sockpuppetry. This also seems to be more than mere hobby for you. You won't be unblocked to make further edits related to Mr. Scott or the USFL at this time, so we would need to know what other edits you want to make as well as any other conflicts of interest you might have. I am declining your request. 331dot (talk) 08:16, 23 February 2022 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Decline reason:
This does not add anything meaningful to your previous, declined, unblock request. I'll also note that it is disingenuous for you to say you were getting your edit count up "out of the kindness of my heart". Come on now, you knew you were gaming the system. You knew that was wrong. Or if you didn't, there's no chance we'll ever unblock you (see WP:CIR). Yamla (talk) 10:01, 25 March 2022 (UTC)

The article Dontez Byrd has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Does not meet WP:GNG, all substantial coverage I was able to find was from non-independent sources, such as teams that the subject played for. Coverage in independent sources does not appear to rise above trivial.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. signed, Rosguill talk 20:31, 28 June 2022 (UTC)
