[edit]Hi Md.Mahfujur Rahman Nisad! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at List of colleges in Bangladesh that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia—it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

- You'll need to copy in the {{unblock-auto}} template that was in the message you got when you tried to edit. Per the instructions in your request, try to edit WP:Sandbox, which should generate the block message in question. —C.Fred (talk) 02:18, 11 December 2023 (UTC)
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:
Why is the time period of blocking increased? Will it increase again? Is there any problem to switch from wifi data to mobile data? They blocked my mobile data IP address too for September 7, 2024! Md.Mahfujur Rahman Nisad (talk) 13:09, 15 December 2023 (UTC)
Decline reason:
Without the IP addresses in question, there isn't really anything we can do to help here.
My best guess is that you might be using internet-sharing ( often marketed as "anonymizing" apps) applications either intentionally, or as a result of malware. SQLQuery Me! 01:59, 18 December 2023 (UTC)

Request reason:
To help you identify whether this block is targeted at your home network, we have included the following information about the IP address or network targeted by this block. IP address: 103.155.118.217. Internet Service Provider: Race Online Ltd.. If you have not recently used any proxy, VPN, or IP changing service, it is possible that a previous customer who was assigned your IP address was running one of these services. More rarely, your network equipment or that of your service provider may be misconfigured or compromised by malicious software. For more information, see the WikiProject on Open Proxies. You may appeal this block by adding the following text on your talk page:
{{unblock|reason=Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is _______. Place any further information here. JBW (talk) 15:50, 2 February 2024 (UTC)}}
. Please include the following information: * You must fill in the blank with your IP address for this block to be investigated. Your IP address can be determined here. * If you have turned off, closed, or uninstalled some type of proxy or IP changing software, please say so, and specify the exact program or service involved. This may expedite your request by allowing us to verify that the proxy is no longer open. Alternatively, if you wish to keep your IP address private you can use the unblock ticket request system. Administrators: The IP block exemption user right should only be applied to allow users to edit using an open or anonymizing proxies in exceptional circumstances, and they should usually be directed to the functionaries team via email. If you intend to give the IPBE user right, a CheckUser needs to take a look at the account. This can be requested most easily at SPI Quick Checkuser Requests. Unblocking an IP or IP range with this template is highly discouraged without at least contacting the blocking administrator. Most proxy check tools and services will give a false negative for this type of proxy, and if you unblock it, the proxy checking bots will not automatically re-block it, even if it is still an open proxy. Decline reason:
Since you have returned to editing, I assume that you no longer need an unblock JBW (talk) 15:50, 2 February 2024 (UTC)

The reason why there is now a later date for the end of blocking than there was previously is that after the last block ended it was found that the IP address was still in use for a peer to peer proxy service. As long as the IP address is found to be involved in such a service it will continue to be reblocked. The IP address you gave is allocated to Race Online Limited, which provides a number of services, including some which use peer connections; are you sure you aren't using one of those services?
