Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Clerk of the Crown in Chancery, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page John Bolles. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:12, 26 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Ost316. I noticed that you recently removed content from Barbadian National Heroes without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. If you wanted to move the page to Order of National Heroes, you should do that with a WP:Pagemove, rather than copying and pasting to a new title. Ost (talk) 21:42, 28 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Order of National Heroes moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Order of National Heroes, is not suitable as written to remain published, as it is largely duplicating the information on Barbadian National Heroes. I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. In this case, you also may consider using a WP:Pagemove or Requested Move to move Barbadian National Heroes to the new title. This may warrant discussion on Talk:Barbadian National Heroes. Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits, it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. Thank you. DrKay (talk) 14:11, 25 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I appreciate the input on my contributions, though I believe a consensus was reached on both Audrey Callaghan and Serena Armstrong-Jones, Countess of Snowdon. Their titles are known as per Debbret's, though as they are not very 'famous' persons, their titles and styles are not often mentioned (for example, Lady Serena's title is only noted in the Gazette when Her Majesty granted permission for the marriage to Viscount Linley). I believe the information should still as you've put it with a citation needed notice. MaximusWikipedian (talk) 14:18, 25 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add original research or novel syntheses of published material to articles as you apparently did to David Cholmondeley, 7th Marquess of Cholmondeley. Please cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. DrKay (talk) 14:50, 25 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
