Please pause and fix

I see that you are adding largely the same format of information to a variety of county pages, but there are several issues with what you are adding. It would be good if you would pause these additions while you work with other editors on how best to present this information. The issues as I see them:

The ref named "Fuller" is not defined. This causes an error on each page that you copy to.
The external links to ARDA should instead be refs. See what I did at Geauga County, Ohio to fix that.
Each time you add this you're putting an entire paragraph of explanation about "None" responses that isn't at all specific to that particular county. I think at the very least it should be relegated to a Notes section at the bottom of the page, but preferably just leave it out. It honestly comes off as an attempt to slant the data to imply that people are more religious than the source is reporting. It's also just way too much detail about a single percentage and again too generalized to be very relevant to the individual county.

@Mattatyahu35: to add: the reference to The ARDA that you're adding doesn't support the material that you're adding. The numbers just aren't there -- at the very least, you're summarizing specific religions from the report into more general categories.
