Hani King
[edit]HI Bro, What is that is required for the Wikipedia page for Hani King to remain? Can you help me with this artist Bio Page ?
- Hi @HaniKing: Unfortunately at this time the only thing you can do is to improve the article's sources.
Hi , Can you tell me which ones of the References aren't strong or maybe I can remove those lines from he article and which ones are acceptable? [edit]Does this help? can you please guide me who i can get Hani_king to be approved on WIkipedia? — Preceding unsigned comment added by HaniKing (talk • contribs) 14:16, 24 March 2017 (UTC)
- @HaniKing: Thanks for reaching out to me regarding the Hani King article, which is currently at AFD. Per Wikipedia's notability guidelines, Hani King is not notable enough to have a stand alone article on Wikipedia. He simply has not gained significant coverage in third-party sources independent of him. If you believe that Hani King is notable enough to have a stand-alone article, I encourage you to plead your case at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Hani King. Neither I nor another user have the right to undermine the AFD process. Once an article is taken to AFD, it is up to the community to discuss its outcome. It looks like the Hani King article will be deleted within the next seven days. Looks like you previously created the article under a slightly different title, and there has been a discussion about salting the creation of the article in the future. I think you should focus your attention elsewhere, perhaps you could help improve existing articles. Don't waste your time trying to re-create or save this article.MassiveYR ♠ 22:06, 24 March 2017 (UTC)

[edit]Hey,
Thanks for getting back to me in regards to the wikipedia page. I've updated a few references to more credible magazine's/companies, e.g MTV, The Source.
If by any chance, you could tell us which references still aren't viable, I will look into it and try and find more suitable references.
Thanks a lot for your time! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kronic (DJ) (talk • contribs) 01:05, 4 April 2017 (UTC)
- @Kronic (DJ): it appears you have written or added to an article about yourself. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to an existing article about yourself, please propose the changes on its talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was my page deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss it with the deleting administrator. Thank you. Hey,
I'm not completely sure of what you mean by "written, or added to an article"? All of the articles that have been referenced have been written by credible sources, e.g MTV, Source, Pilerats?
Could you please specifically point out which one you are referring to.

THERE IS NO ADVERTISEMENT ON THE ARTICLE
The article satisfies notability and verifiability and your stance on its neutrality not being in conformity with Wikipedia policy because of your alleged advertisement semblance was not adequately back up with excerpt from the article but rather an advice to re-write the article. Wikipedia policy on ‘Advertisements masquerading as articles’ states that; ‘Articles considered advertisements include those that are solicitations for a business, product or service, or are public relations pieces designed to promote a company or individual. Wikispam articles are usually noted for sales-oriented language and external links to a commercial website.’ And there is nothing in the article that portray solicitations for a business, product or service or an undue promotion of a company individual. If you see any in the article, I would have rather have you sight instances in the article that candidly portends this.
Wikipedia is an online encyclopaedia that houses notable subjects, persons, phenomenon and the likes. The subject of the article , thus, is a man that is widely regarded – with appropriate references - as a major contributor to art and culture in Nigeria and Africa at large. How then can you say that writing about such person is an advertisement?
Kindly review your response and respond appropriately.

About the submission of 'Titan Sports Plus'
[edit]Dear Mr. Massive YR
I have submitted the article 'Titan Sports Plus', however it was rejected.
Actually I find that this articles follows the golden rules of wiki editing. As it is a wiki introduction of a company, I combine both the references from the company website and the references from the third-party (independent sources—— 163.com)
You could also see that Titan Sports Plus is a branch company of Titan Sports Media Group (from the super-link). So this article actually has shown the notability criteria, combing the its relationship with a well-known media group (by superlink), the introduction of the company and the report from the third party.
Could you please reconsider your decision? If you think it has problems, could you please give me some comments or suggestions to improve this article?
Best wishes

Hi, MassiveYR. Please help me out here, because I'm seriously new at this. Both of my submissions on two individuals were declined by you at this time, and I was just wondering why the references for Joseph Strickland (director) weren't "efficient" enough? One of the references had been from a news article that featured an interview with this particular director in 1998. Did I not include the references properly? Joseph Strickland's upcoming film, Dual Mania (2017), is listed at the Internet Movie Database, and a few of his cast members are already in Wikipedia.
Please let me know what more needs to be done, because as I'd indicated, I'm new at this. Thanks.

[edit]Hi MassiveYR. I undid your revision because Drake does not work with Wizkid and Black Coffee frequently. He has recorded three songs with Wizkid and one song with Black Coffee. There are numeros artists who have worked with Drake once or thrice. Does this mean that we are going to include their names in the associated acts section? Travis Scott Associated Acts
[edit]Hi MassiveYR,
You removed my additions of The Weeknd, Kanye West and Kid Cudi from the 'Associated Acts' section of Travis Scott's Wikipedia page. I am unsure as to why these were removed for a number of reasons:
In the case of The Weeknd, he has featured on two of Travis' songs and Travis has been featured in The Weeknd's music video for 'Reminder', furthermore, Travis has been brought out by The Weeknd at performances.
For Kanye West, Travis is signed to 'GOOD Music', Kanye's record label and the two of them have collaborated three times on the tracks: 'Champions', 'Piss on Your Grave' and 'Sin City'.
For Kid Cudi, he and Travis have collaborated twice and Travis sees Cudi as his idol, hence his stage name being Travis 'Scott', named after 'Scott' Mescudi, Kid Cudi's real name.
It confuses me as to why Kendrick Lamar is featured on this list and no the three names I mentioned above as they have only collaborated once. Furthermore, Drake and Travis have only collaborated on two songs and Bryson Tiller and Travis have only collaborated once. I know Travis toured with Drake and Bryson, and will tour with Kendrick in the future, but surely, if this section was based on touring, Rihanna should be put on this list as Travis was the supporting act for her ANTI Tour.
In conclusion, it does not seem fair for my suggestions of The Weekend, Kanye West and Kid Cudi to be removed from this section, yet Kendrick Lamar, Drake and Bryson Tiller are allowed to stay. I hope you reconsider.

Regarding Speedy Deletion of my article
[edit]Hi admin!
I had contributed an article on a company named EFC Ltd in Pune, India, that was tagged for speedy deletion and subsequently deleted. I understand that the article was deleted as it did not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant. I would like to apply to you for reinstating the article for the following reason:
Pune is an important city in India, with a large number of startups and large companies, requiring office space. EFC is the largest serviced office offering entity, larger even than Regus, in Pune. EFC is also expanding in other cities, including Mumbai.

Overtime i keep submitting i get decline I'm trying to make a wiki for a very well known rapper i got all of the person bio and other info from websites can u approve this wiki
@Brendar 1214: At this moment I do not think LaReece is a notable musician. He does not have any third-party sources which would fail the WP:GNG and WP:MUSICBIO. I am declining your submission, please resubmit when he gains significant coverage in reliable sources. It you resubmit again at this point it will just get declined by another Reviewer. Hey MassiveYR. Could you indicate which references are problematic? I think an issue is that the subject's official website is also a blog.

Unblock request
[edit]MassiveYR (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
My account has been blocked for the abuse of using multiple accounts, however I am familiar with Wikipedia's policies and having multiple accounts is socket puppetry which is against Wikipedia's policies. I make constructive edits here, I think there must be a misunderstanding.
Decline reason:
You can be familiar with our policies and still break them. See also the below. The Bushranger One ping only 23:31, 13 November 2017 (UTC)

- According to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/MassiveYR, there is a CheckUser-confirmed technical match between this account and User:Pilladium. Can you suggest any possible explanation for that? Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 15:42, 13 November 2017 (UTC)
- Not just that but you are obviously directly linked to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet_investigations/Vukhudo/Archive and have been flouting WP:PAID. SmartSE (talk) 20:51, 13 November 2017 (UTC)
@Smartse: Ahh yes, After both accounts were blocked I created this one. I was quite not familiar with Wikipedia's policies back then, I was still a newbie, but I never logged back in those accounts since then. I have been making edits on this account. However @Boing! said Zebedee: The suspected Sockpuppetry between me and User:Pilladium might be an error, I have never created another Wikipedia account since then. Request reason:
Per Wikipedia:Sockpuppet_investigations/Vukhudo/Archive, the accounts have been Inactive for a long time now since their blocks, I have never logged in them ever since. I would like to only have access to the account User:MassiveYR. The socket puppetry between me and User:Pilladium might be some type of error, it could be because we are in the same IP range. I intend to get back to Wikipedia:WikiProject Deletion sorting and contribute to WP:AFC
Decline reason:
There's unlikely to be any error given the prior socking. See standard offer and wait for six months without any further sock puppetry before requesting an unblock, and address all the other comments. If these kind of unblock requests continue then your talk page access will also be revoked. —SpacemanSpiff 09:52, 15 November 2017 (UTC)

Request reason:
Per Wikipedia:Sockpuppet_investigations/Vukhudo/Archive, I have been persuading friends to create accounts for the purpose of creating WP:Paid articles of which this was WP:Sockpuppetry specifically WP:Meat. However a block is no longer necessary because I understand what I have been blocked for and I will not continue to cause damage or disruption, I will make useful contributions instead, such as contributing to Wikipedia:WikiProject Deletion sorting, WP:AFC and reverting vandalism while abiding by WP:COI, WP:PAID, and WP:PROMO, all of which I've been violating. Thanks MassiveYR ♠
Decline reason:
This isn't the first time you've been caught doing this. That means you've been doing this deliberately and maliciously. As such, there's no way, no way, we are going to unblock you now. Your only hope is WP:SO which requires six months of zero edits, from you or any of the other accounts. At that point, we'd consider an unblock but you'd have to be significantly more convincing that there'll never be any more problems from you. Yamla (talk) 12:32, 3 December 2017 (UTC)

Per Standard offer. It has been slightly more than six months without any sockpuppetry and block evasion. I was blocked for the use multiple accounts which violates Wikipedia's policies.
