[edit] Plase do not remove decline notices. It clearly states "do not remove this line" (do not change this to the article title again either), The decline notices form part of the review system and provide information for any subsequent reviewers. The date template is {{Use dmy dates|date=xxxx}}
. It will not work if written otherwise and it should not show on the rendered page. See Template:Use dmy dates. Please read all the links with which you have been provided and it may not be a good idea to submit the 'draft' again until it is more like a usable article. Thank you.
