Fort McClellan
[edit]I replied to your comment at Talk:Fort McClellan. I think the dates in the McClellan article are incorrect, at least by my sources, but my explanation should clear up any confusion, I hope. IvoShandor (talk) 09:53, 3 December 2010 (UTC)
Hello, and thanks for your efforts on Wikipedia. Your recent edit at List of presidents of the University of Tulsa [1] left a number of error messages on the page. I would be happy to try to assist you in fixing this, but I am not clear about your intent with this edit, especially the in-text edits referring to the "TU Alumni website". Was there a reason you didn't think this additional source should just be added as an additional footnote? To the extent this website just repeats information available elsewhere, would it be better to just leave it out? In any case, could you please take a look at this and see if it could be repaired? Best, --Arxiloxos (talk) 21:38, 7 May 2012 (UTC)
- I'll go back and review the editing procedures, it's been a while since I've done more than fix typos using this wiki-style. The TU alumni items were supposed to reproduce the original footnote. I'll see if I can't get it cleaned up this evening.Marccarlson (talk)
