File source and copyright licensing problem with File:Anton Robert Williams.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Anton Robert Williams.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status and its source. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously.
If you did not create this work entirely yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. You will also need to state under what licensing terms it was released. Please refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file.
Please add this information by editing the image description page. If the necessary information is not added within the next seven days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.
Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. --Minorax«¦talk¦» 12:21, 31 August 2022 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Anton Robert Williams.jpg
[edit]A tag has been placed on File:Anton Robert Williams.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement of https://www.arwhc.com/. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Whpq (talk) 17:19, 31 August 2022 (UTC)

License tagging for File:Anton R WMS2.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Anton R WMS2.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.
To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. Request reason:
I am truly sorry for excessive edits. I just try to present as much objective and empirical based data with verifiable citations as possible. I am also sorry I did not know the rules on the use of photos and copied a photo on the website of a person I was writing about before I contacted a person connected with the photographer to the subject of the article draft. I also copied her phone number and gave her name for anyone to look her up, call her to verify. Please remove the block on my edit. I just passed my 100th edit a week or two ago! My edits are on a range of topics from history, to historical and current persons, to schools and more. It’s truly a joy to add value by editing MalloryStev99 (talk) 13:15, 6 September 2022 (UTC)

- As I said, this account is not blocked. What is the full, word for word message that appears when you attempt to edit? 331dot (talk) 14:56, 6 September 2022 (UTC)
Thanks for reply 331Dot and Info
[edit]Word for Word the error message that occurs when I try to edit reads “You have been blocked from editing Wikipedia” when I try to edit.
I think maybe the IP address is blocked then if as a user I am not blocked. We have a large number of internet users with WiFi/hotspot accounts in area I am in and it sometimes makes issues MalloryStev99 (talk) 16:43, 6 September 2022 (UTC)
- The message is usually longer than that, the IP address should be in the message. If not, please tell what your IP is, you can determine it with a tool like whatismyip dot com. If you don't want to post your IP publicly, please use WP:UTRS to provide it privately. This cannot be looked into without your IP address or if another account name comes up. 331dot (talk) 16:50, 6 September 2022 (UTC)

The file File:Anton R Williams (Kalamazoo).jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Prermission and licensing is already being handled via the copy on Commons c:File:Anton R Williams of Kalamazoo MI.jpg and so this file with no licenses is redundant. Either VRT confirms permission and the image is usable from Commons, or permission cannot be confirmed and the image is deleted from Commons and this image would have the exact same permission issue. Image is completely redundant to Commons image.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.
Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Whpq (talk) 17:50, 9 September 2022 (UTC)

[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Dallas Theological Seminary, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages John MacArthur and Tony Evans. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
