I believe there must be some sort of mix-up here with another user, could I see any related edits that have me and this other user linked?

I used to be a Wikipedia vandal under many other accounts, but now I have reformed. I am sorry. To show that I am willing to cooperate and admit to my past history, I will list every account that I have used below this following request for unblock. All I ask is that the blocking administrator reviews this.

Actually, I wouldn't be as harsh as Beeblebrox here, if you agree to abide by the Wikipedia:Standard offer, I think we could possibly explore a return to the fold. Basically, I would be willing to support an unblock if you:

Abide by the rules of Wikipedia by creating no more sock puppet accounts at all
Abide by the terms of your indefinite block by making no attempt to edit Wikipedia for multiple months (The offer above states 6 months as "standard"; though I think that an extended, multiple month term is fine, and would show a good-faith desire to obey the rules)
Agree to, once unblocked, stick to one account. It need not be your first account; this one would be fine (since we have an unambiguous history below).
If you can abide by these terms, come back in a few months, and post another unblock request THEN, and I will start a discussion at WP:ANI to judge consensus for a return. I have done this many times, and everyone that I have seen that has abided by these terms has been allowed to edit.
