[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Marvi Memon has been reverted.
Your edit here to Marvi Memon was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (http://marvimemon.wordpress.com/marvi-memon) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Hello, I'm XLinkBot. I wanted to let you know that I removed one or more external links you added to the page Marvi Memon, because they seemed to be inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links.

[edit]Your recent editing history at Marvi Memon shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you get reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. — MusikAnimal talk 22:40, 26 November 2014 (UTC)
Hello, Mahira Rafique. We welcome your contributions to Wikipedia, but if you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article Marvi Memon, you may have a conflict of interest or close connection to the subject.
All editors are required to comply with Wikipedia's neutral point of view content policy. People who are very close to a subject often have a distorted view of it, which may cause them to inadvertently edit in ways that make the article either too flattering or too disparaging. People with a close connection to a subject are not absolutely prohibited from editing about that subject, but they need to be especially careful about ensuring their edits are verified by reliable sources and writing with as little bias as possible.
If you are very close to a subject, here are some ways you can reduce the risk of problems:
- Avoid or exercise great caution when editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with.
- Be cautious about deletion discussions. Everyone is welcome to provide information about independent sources in deletion discussions, but avoid advocating for deletion of articles about your competitors.
- Avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).
- Exercise great caution so that you do not accidentally breach Wikipedia's content policies.
Please familiarize yourself with relevant content policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies. Note that Wikipedia's terms of use require disclosure of your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation.
For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have a conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizations. Thank you. Facing the Sky (talk) 23:43, 26 November 2014 (UTC)
Hi, I understand you may not be that familiar with our policies, but unfortunately the content you are trying to add is not acceptable in its current fashion. I see you are trying to add some references but they need to be inline with the text, please see WP:REFBEGIN. This is especially important because it is a biography of a living person. Anyway, why don't we first discuss what's wrong with the existing, properly sourced version. Is there something inaccurate? Let's continue the discussion on the talk page at Talk:Marvi Memon. Continuing to edit war may result in you being blocked from editing. — MusikAnimal talk 08:20, 3 December 2014 (UTC)
Because of trolling/spam edit of the page: Marvi_Memon It is requested that the authentic & updated information please be maintained & given protection as in: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Marvi_Memon&oldid=636440258
- It cannot be protected unless there's a clear case of disruption, which there is not. Please also understand Wikipedia is a collaborative effort, no sole person dictates what an article will say, even if that person is the subject of the article. You should also be very careful not to exert a conflict of interest. At any rate, we want to make sure the facts are straight. What is wrong with the older version? You still have not stated that. Please again explain your intentions on the talk page so that everyone else is aware. Thanks! — MusikAnimal talk 16:16, 3 December 2014 (UTC)
- yes i have given the reasons on marvi memon talk page. Mahira Rafique (talk) 08:59, 4 December 2014 (UTC)
- You still can not edit war. Clearly there are others that disagree with your changes. Remember this is a collaborative effort. Consider this a final warning, you need to discuss with others to build a consensus before re-adding the content. We are reasonable people, if we calmly work together we can find something we all agree on. Please remain civil in the discussion. Thank you. — MusikAnimal talk 16:37, 5 December 2014 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of File:MarviMemon.JPG
[edit]A tag has been placed on File:MarviMemon.JPG requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Gaff (talk) 06:01, 16 January 2015 (UTC)
{{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
