hi Mac Orlan , You did a great job! I just feel we could nuance Berry's opinion on Bentley" technological determinism'. Bentley is more trying to explain the inter-connectivity between technology and the milieu more than creating a causal relationship between the two - what Berry seems to put forwards. Furthermore, I don't feel that Bentley is really reasoning in "a technological deterministic way" , rather he is proposing a possible relationship that technology has with the others social domains . He affirms from the introduction that "there is no guarantee that networked information technology will lead to the improvements in innovation, freedom and justice...[P.18]. in short, even Berry argument seems too weak to deconstruct Bentlley's theory; the mere opposition in the title The wealth vs the poverty of network is not just enough to create a counter argument.
Sorry I could no go through all of those you listed.

Berry and Söderberg do mention in their respective articles that there are "caveats" - yet they both maintain that overall Benkler's leans towards technological determinism. Perhaps we could somehow mitigate the phrasing by adding up "despite a few caveats", or so? Mac Orlan (talk) 18:18, 27 November 2017 (UTC)
