Dog training edit
[edit]Hi. the problem with that link: http://www.thedogclass.com/thedogclass115_files/Page409.htm is that it goes to a page created by an individual without any oversight or review. It's her point of view. She can say anything she wants, it's her web site. The other reference: http://www.peteducation.com/article.cfm?c=2+1548&aid=157 appears to be a site, owned by a pet supplier, but devoted to education - things aren't for sale on this web site although there are links to click thru. I admit, it's not a wonderful reference, but it appears that there is a bit more oversight than just a personal web page. Hope that answers your question. If you look at WP:RELIABLE there are more specifics. Bob98133 (talk) 18:04, 11 March 2010 (UTC)
- Hey, like I said, it's not a great reference, but citing an individual personal web site is far worse. Find a better one if you can, however the one you've used isn't it. Bob98133 (talk) 14:34, 13 March 2010 (UTC)
The article Marie-Josée Gatian has been proposed for deletion because under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners or ask at Wikipedia:Help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Prestonmag (talk) 20:59, 25 June 2010 (UTC)
This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Marie-Josée Gatian, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.thedogclass.com/thedogclass115_files/Page354.htm. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.)
This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot (talk) 21:03, 25 June 2010 (UTC)

[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used as a platform for advertising or promotion, and doing so is contrary to the goals of this project. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. MrOllie (talk) 21:07, 25 June 2010 (UTC)
The article Marie-Josée Gatian has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Appears to be no significant coverage available online
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Cassandra 73 (talk) 21:28, 25 June 2010 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. MrOllie (talk) 14:32, 8 July 2010 (UTC)
