Speedy deletion nomination of Matthew Knowles (actor)
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Matthew Knowles (actor) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. reddogsix (talk) 13:06, 1 May 2014 (UTC)
Ways to improve Microjob
[edit]Hi, I'm Mr. Guye. Lyndasim, thanks for creating Microjob!
I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Citations ought to be not bare urls because URLs are subject to link rot.
The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse. Mr. Guye (talk) 15:51, 10 June 2014 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Benjamin Wey
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Benjamin Wey, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
- I untagged this article as it seems much of the promotional material was added by an anonymous user and the balance has now been rectified. However, you should be aware of Wikipedia's policy on advertising and conflicts of interest. If you are an agent or being paid to promote certain people or organisations, I recommend you revise your approach now, otherwise you risk being blocked. Deb (talk) 07:11, 14 June 2014 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Tejune Kang
[edit]Hello Lyndasim,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Tejune Kang for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Johny 547 (talk) 11:06, 30 June 2014 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia. While objective prose about beliefs, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Thank you. Peridon (talk) 15:41, 30 June 2014 (UTC)

The article Alex Munoz has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- All sources are self-written profiles of the subject. There is no evidence whatsoever that he meets either the inclusion criteria for biographies in general or the inclusion criteria for creative professionals.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Voceditenore (talk) 09:04, 11 July 2014 (UTC)
The article Zach Everson has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Comprehensively fails the inclusion criteria for both biographies in general and authors in particular. There is no evidence of significant in-depth coverage of this person. The two "awards" is are minor and local.

. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. DGG ( talk ) 00:38, 13 July 2014 (UTC)The article Joel Someillan has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Fails WP:GNG and WP:MUSICBIO. The subject has added a fair bit to the article over time, as "Joelsom", but the content is mostly unsourced and feels like a personal web page for the subject, not an encyclopedic entry. I can't find sources to support GNG and the references present mostly mention the subject in passing.
