Reviewing COI requests

[edit]

Hello. Thank you for contributing, but could you please refrain from implementing further COI requests until you have more experience of our policies and guidelines? Reviewing edit requests requires that you check that information is compliant with policies and guidelines but this takes quite a while to gain familiarity and it is not recommended for beginner editors. I will add some links below. SmartSE (talk) 20:49, 10 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Dear SmartSE, thanks for the feedback. I am actually not that new to Wiki. For the past 10 years I have regularly been doing random IP edits. However, I admit that I didn't review the sources in depth and should have done a better job. For Sadia Sadia most sources provided are self published academic articles that have her bio or bio pages on other sites. I assumed that these would be OK, because she probably does not have other sources and info for someone like this cannot be inaccurate in those kinds of academic sites.
For Ava Cadell, I noticed that you already made some comments of the issues. I assume the remaining are OK to add now?? For example, I don't see why Edit #1 with a list of her books would be an issue to add. They all have ISBN numbers that can be verified.

Thanks. Loveboba (talk) 19:42, 14 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
