Biggy (disambiguation)

[edit]

Please note that disambiguation pages like Biggy (disambiguation) are meant to help readers find a specific existing article quickly and easily. For that reason, they have guidelines that are different from articles. From the Wikipedia:Disambiguation dos and don'ts you should:

  • Only list articles that readers might reasonably be looking for
  • Use short sentence fragment descriptions, with no punctuation at the end
  • Use exactly one navigable link ("blue link") in each entry that mentions the title being disambiguated
  • Only add a "red link" if used in existing articles, and include a "blue link" to an appropriate article
  • Do not pipe links (unless style requires it) – keep the full title of the article visible
  • Do not insert external links or references - Wikipedia is not a business directory

Democratic Party

[edit]

What code? Johnymin (talk) 20:35, 11 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I may be unfamiliar with the correct terminology, but a significant amount of information regarding the infobox's content, specifically the party logo, was splayed out. I believe putting some words in the wrong place caused Wikipedia's programming to be unable to distinguish code from text. LoveBearMarco (talk) 21:22, 11 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
But then I did it right and the page didn’t change. It stayed the same. Johnymin (talk) 21:44, 11 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
My best guess is that it could be software-sided, in which case - sorry. From my perspective, the infobox vanished and in its place was a garble of code in text form which obstructed reading the page. I double-checked the page's history carefully and concluded that the only revision that included this error was yours. I removed it and the problem vanished instantly. I think if I return to the page as it was under that edit it still comes up with the aforesaid problems. LoveBearMarco (talk) 22:15, 11 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
