Speedy deletion nomination of Cubish

[edit]

A tag has been placed on Cubish, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

it is a misuse of Wikipedia as a crystal ball

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Managing a conflict of interest

[edit]

Information icon Hello, Loser3572003. We welcome your contributions to Wikipedia, but if you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article Cubish, you may have a conflict of interest or close connection to the subject.

All editors are required to comply with Wikipedia's neutral point of view content policy. People who are very close to a subject often have a distorted view of it, which may cause them to inadvertently edit in ways that make the article either too flattering or too disparaging. People with a close connection to a subject are not absolutely prohibited from editing about that subject, but they need to be especially careful about ensuring their edits are verified by reliable sources and writing with as little bias as possible.

If you are very close to a subject, here are some ways you can reduce the risk of problems:

  • Avoid or exercise great caution when editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with.
  • Avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).
  • Exercise great caution so that you do not accidentally breach Wikipedia's content policies.

Please familiarize yourself with relevant content policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies. Note that Wikipedia's terms of use require disclosure of your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation.

For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have a conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizations. Thank you. ToonLucas22 (talk) 22:43, 20 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I noticed that you may have recently made edits to Talk:Cubish while logged out. Making edits while logged out reveals your IP address, which may allow others to determine your location and identity. Wikipedia's policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow the use of more than one account or IP address by one person. If this was not your intention, then please always remember to log in when editing. Thank you. ToonLucas22 (talk) 22:43, 20 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, "Loser3572003", may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because it contains the word "loser" in it, which can be disruptive. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may ask for a change of username, or you may simply create a new account for editing. Thank you. ToonLucas22 (talk) 22:44, 20 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon This is your final warning. You may be blocked from editing without further notice the next time you vandalize a page, as you did with this edit to Cubish. Amaury (talk) 05:36, 21 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Please read WP:OWN. No one owns any page here, even if they made the page. This edit to Cubish contradicts other material you added to the article, which does rather give the impression that you're just making it up. If you are not making it up, then you need to cite some reliable sources (such as news or magazine articles) proving that the movie exists. If you do not have any sources, then place the template {{subst:db-self}} on that page and leave it alone. Ian.thomson (talk) 05:57, 21 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 14:39, 21 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
