No problem, don't worry about it. I checked your contribs after you did it and presumed you got mixed up. We all do it from time to time. Just give the page title a glance next time ;) Regards, Woody (talk) 21:57, 15 February 2009 (UTC)

Disputed fair use rationale for File:Gregg Industrial Insulators Inc..jpg}

Thank you for uploading File:Gregg Industrial Insulators Inc..jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this image under "fair use" may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the image description page and add or clarify the reason why the image qualifies for fair use. In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check:

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's escription page for each article the image is used in.
  • That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.

Please be aware that a fair use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for images used under the fair use policy require both a copyright tag and a fair use rationale.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it might be deleted by adminstrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. Where did the old article go, and what happened to the history of the article? --Richard Arthur Norton (1958- ) (talk) 18:55, 16 February 2009 (UTC)

There is one edit to a fully formed article, and it was on my watchlist which meant I had edited it in the past. How can a fully formed article appear out of this air. Did you cut and paste it from elsewhere in Wikipedia? --Richard Arthur Norton (1958- ) (talk) 19:08, 16 February 2009 (UTC)

Your input would be appreciated at the article I started yesterday of the Conclusion of the American Civil War.--Doug Coldwell talk 20:30, 16 February 2009 (UTC)

I would love to help you with the article, what would you like me to add to the article? Lord R. Oliver I His Lordship's Court 20:33, 16 February 2009 (UTC)
Moved your answer over here so all parts are in the same place. You seem to contribute a lot to American Civil War articles - so I thought maybe you might know of some key Confederate surrenders or captures or disbandments in 1865 that could/should be added to the article I started. Perhaps you could add a paragraph summary with a hatnote to the main article involved. Does what I wrote so far look accurate to you. I am NOT generally a Civil War buff. Just stumbled into writing this a few days ago - probably because I recenty wrote 16 articles on Appomattox (16 article DYK hook). See my talk page for titles of these articles from the DYK accolades. Thanks.--Doug Coldwell talk 20:46, 16 February 2009 (UTC)

I will try and find some key Surrenders or disbandments that will work good for your article. It looks pretty accurate to me. Lord R. Oliver I His Lordship's Court 21:23, 16 February 2009 (UTC)

Appreciation

I appreciate the Thank You, but I don't think I've done all that much. I haven't actually written an article. --THE FOUNDERS INTENT PRAISE 23:16, 16 February 2009 (UTC)

Okay thanks, it's the first time anyone has done that. Much appreciated. --THE FOUNDERS INTENT PRAISE 23:26, 16 February 2009 (UTC)

NameOfNewArticle

Noticing the talk page of your last article, I recommend your next one you work on it at User:Lordoliver/NameOfNewArticle, and then do a page move into mainspace instead of copy/paste. That way the edit history is preserved in the new article, and it doesn't look like you did everything in one edit.--King Bedford I Seek his grace 23:20, 16 February 2009 (UTC)

Good day Lordoliver! I put in another pic of Lowrey, and I can add all sorts of details to the page if you like. Just let me know when your done with it! Kresock (talk) 00:09, 17 February 2009 (UTC)
