IP block exempt
[edit]I have granted your account an exemption from IP blocking. This will allow you to edit through full blocks affecting your IP address when you are logged in.
Please read the page Wikipedia:IP block exemption carefully, especially the section on IP block exemption conditions.
Note in particular that you are not permitted to use this newly-granted right to edit Wikipedia via anonymous proxies, or disruptively. If you do, or there is a serious concern of abuse, then the right may be removed by any administrator.
Appropriate usage and compliance with the policy may be checked periodically, due to the nature of block exemption, and block exemption will be removed when no longer needed (for example, when the block it is related to expires).
I hope this will enhance your editing, and allow you to edit successfully and without disruption. Daniel Case (talk) 06:01, 3 July 2011 (UTC)
Your edits
[edit]I see you're adding links to weelookang.blogspot.com. Please note that external links to blogs are to be avoided, per WP:EL. Office of Disinformation 14:43, 29 July 2011 (UTC)
ok.... i will only add animated gif from the same blog which i am making for wikimedia commons :)
- You mean you'll upload the images to Commons and then add them, right? Office of Disinformation 14:51, 29 July 2011 (UTC)
yeah! i manage to add animated thumbnail to Wikimedia http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:ListFiles&user=Lookang a lot of the simulations i made, i am creating animated gif to support the text in Wikipedia. the Wikipedia community seems to keep my animated gif on the pages for a couple of weeks now, i reckon it is well received, i started to add the link to the Wikipedia pages of the animated gif and the simulations where others Wikipedia folks can create other useful animated gif. the simulations i make are open source, licensed under creative commons attribution so anyone can use them as long as the authors are mentioned. it is the new world for open access for quality resources :)
- Awesome. I only really work with external links so I can't comment on Wikipedia's image policies, but thank you for helping out! Office of Disinformation 15:16, 29 July 2011 (UTC)
yes! i just made new animated gif on (Lookang (talk) 16:17, 30 July 2011 (UTC))http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:ListFiles&user=Lookang (Lookang (talk) 16:17, 30 July 2011 (UTC))
- While your contributions are appreciated, you must stop adding links to your blog. Note that this is not the first time you have been warned about adding links. --Ckatzchatspy 23:51, 5 August 2011 (UTC)
K11-K12 version
[edit]I am not sure what you mean by k11-k12 version, but this may be what you were trying to add to the article Work (physics).
The gravitational potential Φ(r) at a point in gravitational field around mass M, such as a planet, is defined as the work done in bringing a mass from infinity to that point. The force of gravity on a mass m is directed along the line connecting the two bodies, M and m,
where G is the gravitational constant and r is the distance between the two bodies.
The work of this force on the particle m from infinity to the distance r is given by
because dividing by infinity yields zero.

The article Loo Kang Wee has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this newly created biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. reddogsix (talk) 04:05, 16 January 2015 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm DVdm. I wanted to let you know that I removed an external link you added to the page Escape velocity because it seemed inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thanks. DVdm (talk) 14:39, 2 August 2015 (UTC)
Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Euclidean vector with this edit. Wikipedia is not a collection of links nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links may include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. DVdm (talk) 14:39, 2 August 2015 (UTC)
Note - Please stop adding links to this site all over the place per wp:ELNO, item #11. The author is not a recognised authority. If have removed a few instances. If I missed a few, then please remove them as well. Thanks. - DVdm (talk) 14:42, 2 August 2015 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. Speedy deletion nomination of Loo Kang Wee
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Loo Kang Wee, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Ciridae (talk) 17:38, 25 March 2016 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Open Source Physics at Singapore, OSP@SG
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Open Source Physics at Singapore, OSP@SG requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Ciridae (talk) 17:42, 25 March 2016 (UTC)
Please do not write or add to an article about yourself, as you apparently did at Loo Kang Wee. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to an existing article about yourself, please propose the changes on its talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was my page deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss it with the deleting administrator. Thank you.
