Did I forget to thank you? ..

Logan ,Thank you for participating in my RfA, which passed nearly unanimously with 174 in support, 2 in opposition and 1 neutral votes. Special thanks goes to RegentsPark, Samir and John Carter for their kind nomination and support. I am truly honored by the trust and confidence that the community has placed in me. I thank you for your kind inputs and I will be sincerely looking at the reasons that people opposed me so I can improve in those areas ( including my english ;) ). If you ever need anything please feel free to ask me and I would be happy to help you :). Have a great day ! -- Tinu Cherian - 06:02, 28 October 2009 (UTC)
You're welcome! Logan | Talk 20:54, 28 October 2009 (UTC)

Hi there, I notice you added a "confusing" tag to this article. If you get a chance, it would be helpful if you'd explain on the article's talk page exactly which parts you find confusing and why, so that that issues may be addressed. 20:24, 17 November 2009 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.133.55.3 (talk)

I think that the layout is somewhat confusing; it does not exactly conform to Wikipedia's guidelines. I suppose that a {{wikify}} tag would be more appropriate. I will replace it now. Logan Talk Contributions 20:47, 17 November 2009 (UTC)

Speedy deletion declined: No Sleep Till Brooklyn

Hello Logan. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of No Sleep Till Brooklyn, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: "Till" should start with a lower case "t". See WP:MUSTARD#Capitalization and the article's Talk page. Thank you. — Malik Shabazz Talk/Stalk 04:24, 28 December 2009 (UTC)

All right. I didn't know that rule... Logan Talk Contributions 17:30, 28 December 2009 (UTC)
No problem. — Malik Shabazz Talk/Stalk 19:21, 28 December 2009 (UTC)

I deleted File:Vevo logo.jpg. I have a request in to have the SVG version (File:Vevo Logo.svg) cropped so it does not include the tagline on the bottom and only includes the main logo. SVGs are preferable for logos and images like this, so we're going to stick with that. The user I typically request edits from will probably have this cropped by the end of today, if not sooner. Just an FYI. If you have questions, please ask on my talk page. Thanks. upstateNYer 14:45, 20 March 2010 (UTC)

That's fine with me. Logan Talk Contributions 15:23, 20 March 2010 (UTC)

common sense says that you should delete nominated speedy deletion pages i did that and you ruddy reverted it WHY i say Ilkeston1990 20:11, 26 May 2010 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ilkeston1990 (talkcontribs)

unnecessary revisions

hi, Information given by me about Geeta Kapur is accurate and reliable as i know her personally. why this page is being edited again and again.. and whatever i have writ tern is much more informative then wht the updated page by other users shows.A lot more information about her which is provided by me is being deleted..may i know, why it has been done.. hope to get a reply fr u soon. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Swatibirsingh (talkcontribs) 07:12, 29 May 2010 (UTC)

Wikipedia is not meant to be a gateway to Facebook fan pages. Your revisions inviting people to "like" Geeta Kapur's page were deleted because they are not fit for an encyclopedia, nor are the unnecessary heart symbols next to information about Kapur. Let me know if you have any further questions regarding this matter. Happy editing! Logan Talk Contributions 00:08, 30 May 2010 (UTC)

BUT THE RADIO STATION STOPPED BROADCASTING AND IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE A DEAD MANS SWITCH FOR SOMETHING BIG. PLEASE RESEARCH THIS LOGAN. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.11.250.88 (talk) 15:57, 5 June 2010 (UTC)

If this is true, then find a reliable source and cite it in the article. Don't just replace the article with shock-value text saying that we are all going to die because a radio signal is no longer broadcasting. Logan Talk Contributions 16:00, 5 June 2010 (UTC)

Yeah, the station stopped broadcasting a few days ago. You can find shortwave broadcasts of the station, and all you can hear is static or silence. I don't know if it really IS a dead-man's switch, but if it is, shit just got real brah.

Toyota Prius page edit

I changed the "advanced technologies" to "ancient technologies" because it is misleading to imply that the Atkinson cycle engine is a new engine. If you go the Atkinson cycle engine's article, you will find that the technology was invented 128 years ago. While I understand that my fix was a little sloppy, and concerned other technologies that may be newer, I still believe that calling Toyota's new engine "advanced" is closer to advertisement than documentation. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.67.173.216 (talk) 16:35, 5 June 2010 (UTC)

There was old and incorrect information about our company on the Wikipedia page. We just made several corrections, however, it is the first time we are doing this. edit improperly removed

I am uncertain why you removed my recent changes to the page for Elżbieta Czyżewska. as I stated in the edit summary, the source was "telephone conversation with family member. Citation to follow when obit goes up." My understanding of wikipedia's sourcing standards is that it allows for interim contributions based on first-hand witness information. Is this not the case? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 208.51.95.66 (talk) 18:28, 17 June 2010 (UTC)

Blanked page

Hey, Sorry about the page blanking, Is there a genuine way of removing an accounts talk page and user page. Jimothytrotter was my old username, I forgot the password after 3 years of no use and was wondering if it is possible to remove it or at least have the user page and talk page blanked? Otherwise I could keep it but link it to my new account if it can't be deleted. James.TALK

Edit warring, etc

Regarding 75.47.152.100 (talk · contribs), yes, the speedy deletion tag was inappropriate, but it doesn't help to leave vandalism warnings (rather than substantive notes that address the actual issue) to a user who may be confused but is also likely acting in good faith. That just causes more confusion, which is what led to the clusterfuck that actually happened. Someguy1221 (talk) 08:40, 20 June 2010 (UTC)

There is now a main article at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marian_Call which makes the information on that user page obsolete, outdated, and unnecessary. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Cyantre (talkcontribs) 05:11, 22 June 2010 (UTC)
