[edit]If there's information in the article that's incorrect, you need to fix it while keeping the overall format of the article. It's not appropriate to turn a Wikipedia article into an advertisement or a love letter, or to remove categories, or to include content in the first person (such as talking about misconceptions about her that you've personally noticed.) Wikipedia has certain rules about how articles are to be written and structured; if you can't respect and follow them, then the page might very well get locked so that you can't edit it at all. You're welcome to correct factual errors — but do not add personal comments, do not write in an inappropriately promotional tone, and do not change the basic structure of the article. - I've already pointed out to you why the version of the article that you keep imposing is not acceptable in an encyclopedia. Since you persist in adding unencyclopedic personal commentary and inappropriate formatting to the article, it's now locked — if there's something wrong in the article, you can post to Talk:Geeta Kapoor to request that it be corrected by somebody else. You're welcome to correct factual errors in Wikipedia articles — you are not welcome to rewrite them as personal essays about what you think of the subject. Bearcat (talk) 16:27, 5 June 2010 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Web development. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. SFK2 (talk) 06:17, 9 April 2014 (UTC)
