Hi S0091! Thanks for your warm welcomed me here. I’m new to here and I wish you will help me to become a good editor on Wikipedia.

Thanks again. Lion Pappa (talk) 13:54, 8 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Lion Pappa, I suggest the Wikipedia Adventure, which is an interactive tutorial, as a good start along with reading the material linked in the Welcome message. Some things depend on what you are interested in doing around here. If you are interested in a particular topic area, you can join a WikiProject. Also, the Community portal is a good place to find article's in need of help among other activities. S0091 (talk) 15:20, 8 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The article Abdishakur Iddin has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. Edit warring warning

[edit]

Hi David Biddulp! You can check the old demographics of Berbera because someone added as self-identifying content that can mislead the people.

Thanks I’m new to here and I’m always looking for my mistakes and I’m really sure that someone added fake demographics to Berbera.

[edit]

Hi Aqooni! It’s not possible that you added fake demographics of Berbera and it’s seems that you self-identifying your clan. We are here edit the reality of the World but if you make another mistake of Berbera, I will report you to the administrators of Wikipedia.

Thanks Lion Pappa (talk) 18:07, 10 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

You were already reported to Wikipedia administrators. If you remove referenced and sourced work or vandalise, it will be undone by administrators. It's fine, all my work is referenced. Let the admins do their job. If you want to make edits, thats fine. Make sure they have the appropriate references and sources. It's only edits which amount to vandalism that's removed per Wikipedia rules. Aqooni (talk) 18:12, 10 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Category:Issa Musse requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the category has been empty for seven days or more and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Hussain Bisad, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Somali (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Notice of edit warring noticeboard discussion

Stop icon

Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See the bold, revert, discuss cycle for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Aqooni (talkcontribs) 13:27, 13 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Concerning the edit dispute concerning Somalia/Somaliland. I have a good idea if you wish to pursue it... Edit those pages, add the Somaliland flag but make sure you MENTION that Somaliland is an autonomoous region that is not yet recognised. If you mention this point, you can add the Somaliland flag, mention Somaliland however much you want. However avoid clan pages and avoid editing clan demographics. If you abide by this, there will be no need for any of your edits to be removed because it will be in accordance with Wikipedia rules. Aqooni (talk) 22:34, 13 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Salaan sare

Salaan sare sxb waanigii mar dhoweyd hadlaynay.

I suggest we should make pages about famous Somali artists like Mahamed Mooge, Faysal Cali Mushteeg, Axmed Gacayte etc (AUN dhamaantood).

Would you be up for that task? We can provide each other with references. Mushteeg (talk) 16:46, 14 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked temporarily from editing for edit warring. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

Hello Lion Pappa. If you continue to edit Wikipedia while making no response to the complaint at WP:ANI you are risking a block for disruption. Your edit here was clearly not fixing a typographical error as you stated in the edit summary, you were continuing a previous national dispute about Somalia versus Somaliland. Deceptive editing is not welcome here. Thank you, EdJohnston (talk) 16:54, 24 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Somalia versus Somaliland again

[edit]

Hello User:Lion Pappa. Today on 16 April I have noticed this edit, where you switch Somalia and Somaliland. It looks like this has become a habit for you. Do you recall my last warning? Is it now time for an indefinite block of your account? Last year, this similar edit of the same article was made by User:Lionheartedman, perhaps another account of yours. User: Yamaguchi先生 had blocked Lionheartedman indefinitely for evasion. The long running dispute about Somalia versus Somaliland was discussed in February at ANI, where your name was mentioned. Thank you, EdJohnston (talk) 14:20, 16 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
