Wikipedia breaks freedom of expression
[edit]The systematic way wikipedia abuses basic human right is an issue. Especially to prevent and delete pages about people who are known but have also been pinned down by chosen means, for breaking a law. Wikipedia also prevents our young people and vulnerables to find ways to be educated and protect themselves against Lissie Mackintosh and alike. Wikipedia seems against EU's legislation, as well as UK's ans pretty much a real page of public interest on consumer protection. You have 10 days to put page back. Line which 1200 (talk) 03:16, 23 September 2024 (UTC)
- We have strict rules about what is allowed in biographies of living persons. Particularly, you must find reliable sources that state things, rather than coming to the conclusions yourself. Look at WP:SYNTH and WP:BLP for more information. — rsjaffe 🗣️ 04:38, 23 September 2024 (UTC)
- you do not have strict rules, stop compartmenting, the Lissie Mackintosh content is bad. Articles about her are bad, so dont tell me you habe strict rules. It is at best bullying. Line which 1200 (talk) 08:27, 23 September 2024 (UTC)
Appeal Against Block and Fastily
[edit]Line which 1200 (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
This Fastily defames and abuse journalism human rights, Lissie Mackintosh cannot be one sided. Not only does my information is protected but also by allowing sources likes Skysports article which is still media, it favours a positve commercial narrative about someone who 1. abused fair commercial practices 2. goes against my sources from law makers and rulers such as EU, CPR, ASA which educates as to how to recognize an illegal ad just as obviously as recognizing someone jumping a red light. Factually Ms Mackintosh did break the law and was caught by ASA on August, 8th 2023. Only to either smokescreen people with good labeling one end, but to routinely break the law again the other with likes of Mobil1. What Fastly does is showing Wikipedia promotes crime, period Line which 1200 (talk) 11:29, 23 September 2024 (UTC)
Decline reason:
What Fastily is doing is upholding Wikipedia's sourcing requirements for biographies of living people. If you wish to exercise your journalism rights you need to go find some other platform. Wikipedia is NOT the platform for that. Cabayi (talk) 11:50, 23 September 2024 (UTC)

Reply: Again as per InfoCuria Case-Law Buivids Vs Datu you are in no position to 1.
judge 2. judge with mediocre knowledge of basic journali human right that yes an otherwise popular internet influencer reaching millions of likes can also have in people's mind the idea of some level of success can also hold a level of illegality as an idea, opinion to shape by the public debate and interest and information as per term 9 of 95/46 and considering directive 2005 29 ec that influencers and the following is based on trust and based on an unknown for some, Lissie Mackintosh not only broke that trust by creating hidden ads for the sole benefit of her gaining fuel but also was caught for it by ASA. You blocking me and empeding the work of journalism and freedom of expression to keep yout narrative exposing again Law sources against dubious links from skysports is criminal it feels and questions if you are unbiased. 10 days you have to recover the article and place it back. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Line which 1200 (talk • contribs) 12:07, 23 September 2024 (UTC)
- 10 days, or else what? Cabayi (talk) 12:50, 23 September 2024 (UTC)
- Read my response above, you and your mate say there are places to be a journalist. Just read. Line which 1200 (talk) 13:38, 23 September 2024 (UTC)
- Also I cannot report Fastily and neither you, do you think this is a fair trial with the pseudo infringment you report? So according to you Lissie Mackintosh is only about Marcus Armstrong, some interviews and her F1 employment. Let me remind you about this since you seem to call yourself expert enough to judge others in this pseudo court, that: "128. Finally, it is well-established that the gathering of information is an
- essential preparatory step in journalism and an inherent, protected part of
- press freedom (see, most recently, Magyar Helsinki Bizottság, cited above,
- § 130, with further references". So you not knowing about Mackintosh having been pinned down by ASA is one thing, but since the illegality of labeling is as obvious as jumping a red light if you had done your research rather than hanging out on Sky group, you would have welcomed by undiclose-sourced information about Mackintosh. What you are doing is vandalism
- and nlt telling the truth in the public debate about consumer protection including in F1 and about Employment since she was employed at F1 Track TV with her breaking the law which is never a proof of qualification as per Marshall Vs Land. Line which 1200 (talk) 13:48, 23 September 2024 (UTC)
