I think you need to think more about the structure of your proposed article, and its title (seems to me that it should be called "Geology of the Antarctic Peninsula," which is essentially something that (as you've bemoaned) is lacking. Nice smiley face (+5) - maybe it would have been easier without such wonderful hair? 31/30.
