Speedy deletion nomination of LDC Hotels & Resorts

As instructed, I have added the suggested "paid" template here to disclose my employer. All I want to do is to create the English version of the existing "雲朗觀光" page. Would you please unblock my account? and I'll try to restart from the articles for creation process. Please don't just block my account but please please let me know how to solve this problem. Request reason:

A business company's wikipage can be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Why am I blocked indefinitely? (See section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information. If the block is necessary for my current account, how can I rewritten the article? Should I apply for another account and then (someone will say it’s a sock puppet account) be blocked again? Otherwise, do you mean I have no right forever to write an article here for “LDC Hotels & Resorts” or its wikipage can never be built even if its materials are not against the rules. This account is still blocked while I've tried the suggestion to use the "paid" template on my account page. I'm wondering why there are lots of business company wikipages but I can't create or even translate a Taiwanese hotel group's page since it has another page in Traditional Chinese. What's the difference between "company facts/introduction" and "company promotion" materials? I believe I have deleted anything related to advertising or promotion. Given your history of edits, it's unlikely that we'd ever unblock you to write an article about LDC Hotels & Resorts, but if you'd like one last chance, you could write your article HERE, on this page, and then request a review. "What's the difference between "company facts/introduction" and "company promotion" materials?" indicates to me that you simply haven't read or understood WP:PROMO yet.
