International Shostakovich Chamber Music Competition

Hi and thank you for asking me to patrol your article. I moved it to draft space, since the competition is notable, but the article is not ready at all: (1) It's not properly formatted, (2) You put too much details about 2008 contest, when article must be about competition in general.
