Tips
  • Don't be afraid to edit! Just find something that can be improved and make it better. Other editors will help fix any mistakes you make.
  • It's normal to feel a little overwhelmed, but don't worry if you don't understand everything at first—it's fine to edit using common sense.
  • If an edit you make is reverted, you can discuss the issue at the article's talk page. Be civil, and don't restore the edit unless there is consensus.
  • Always use edit summaries to explain your changes.
  • When adding new content to an article, always include a citation to a reliable source.
  • If you wish to edit about a subject with which you are affiliated, read our conflict of interest guide and disclose your connection.
  • Have fun! Your presence in the Wikipedia community is welcome.

Happy editing! Cheers, 🇺🇦 FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 🇺🇦 06:36, 1 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

AfC notification: Draft:Norman Tolman has a new comment

I've left a comment on your Articles for Creation submission, which can be viewed at Draft:Norman Tolman. Thanks! Hoary (talk) 07:01, 14 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you very much for bringing these errors to my attention. It is the first time I am uploading media into Wikipedia and I am definitely not the copyright holder for either the Norman Tolman picture or the logo, I will amend these errors right away. The copyright holder has them available for public usage designated under Japanese law, and I couldn't find that option when including them. I have mainly been contributing to this Norman Tolman page as his 88th birthday recently occurred and that is a big deal in Japanese culture, many articles have been written about Norman Tolman but they have yet to be consolidated on a site like Wikipedia. I will amend the aforementioned changes now. LFM2003 (talk) 22:25, 14 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
The problem with the files you have uploaded is being handled on Wikimedia Commons, where it is entirely obvious that you have not done as you said above. You will see at c:User talk:LFM2003 that all exc got one have been flagged as having t=no correct copyright declaration at the source stated, and one is flagged as requiring permission.
What I find depressing is your statement above. Communions has a help facility - c:COM:HELP - which is comprehensive. Please use help desks when in any doubt. 🇺🇦 FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 🇺🇦 06:42, 1 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
