Concerning Holocaust & Genocide
I was hoping that wikipedia may be able to make a section for Holocaust & Genocide as either a project or portal. I thought that it might be part of the Military project of the History section. It looks just about ready to go. I'd play around with getting the boxes at the bottom to line up a bit more evenly; they're pretty much fixed-size, so you ought to be able to avoid having a big gap in there. Other than that, I can't see any problems with it. Kirill 02:37, 29 September 2007 (UTC)

Byzantine-Seljuk wars GA Sweeps Review: On Hold
As part of the WikiProject Good Articles, we're doing sweeps to go over all of the current GAs and see if they still meet the GA criteria. I'm specifically going over all of the "Conflicts, battles and military exercises" articles. I have reviewed Byzantine-Seljuk wars and believe the article currently meets the majority of the criteria and should remain listed as a Good article. In reviewing the article, I have found there are some issues that may need to be addressed, and I'll leave the article on hold for seven days for them to be fixed. Please consider helping address the several points that I listed on the talk page of the article, which shouldn't take too long to fix. What is Tag & Assess MMVII? We'd better explain. A month or so back, we ran a script to list all the articles in categories related to military history. This gave us about 165,000 articles. Some of these are already tagged and assessed as military history; some are military history but not yet tagged and assessed; some are not military history articles at all. This huge project — working thorough 165,000 articles — is called Tag & Assess 2007. To make it manageable, the list has been broken down into 330 ranges each of 500 articles. This is where you can help. Just... adopt-a-range from the available worklists then keep track of your tally on participants' list. The tagging is easy, just follow the simple instructions. Afterwards, as our way of thanking you, you'll be presented with service awards and barnstars based on the number of articles you process. Remember... the ranges are broken down into sub-sections of ten articles, so you work through them at twenty or thirty articles a day if you wish. Secondly, although the Tag & Assess 2007 drive is now officially closed, you are very welcome to continue tagging and assessing until 31 January 2008. Any extra articles you tag and assess during this time will be credited fully to your tagging tally for further award purposes.

Re: Cleomenean War
I think it's more-or-less ready at this point; some technical cleanup of things like the footnote formatting might be worthwhile, but that's minor. The only point that I'd concern myself with is the heavy reliance on primary sources. You need to be sure that you can justify following them directly rather than filtering them through secondary sources, as it's quite possible the question will come up at FAC.
