[edit]Hello, I'm AllyD. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Anita Dongre, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. [edit]Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Beijing. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. An article you recently created, Andamen, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please follow the confirms on the Articles for Creation template atop the page. Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:Andamen
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Draft:Andamen, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Cabayi (talk) 13:34, 7 September 2018 (UTC)

Issues with promotional articles on companies
[edit]Hi Kuldeeprawat2020. I noticed the current deletion discussion for OPTEL Group. It seems that in general you're having issues writing content for the encyclopedia that doesn't strike other editors as unduly promotional. This has been an issue with Keys Hotels, Andamen, and now OPTEL Group all of which you worked on. I understand the urge to write about companies that you see in your life, but here's some unsolicited advice: writing about companies on Wikipedia is challenging, partially because it's hard to find neutral sources to base our articles on, and partially because it's a topic editors are sensitive about. Understandably (I hope), editors have volunteered countless hours building this encyclopedia, so many are sensitive to the idea that companies would use it to host their PR material in hopes of commercial gain. I'd advise you to write about something else for a while until you gain some experience and build confidence/trust with your fellow editors. Once you've got some generally accepted edits under your belt, you'll find branching out to be easier and more fruitful. If you need help finding something to work on, I'm happy to give suggestions. If you have general questions about editing, norms, or policies, consider asking at WP:TEAHOUSE. I wish you the best, Ajpolino (talk) 21:10, 6 October 2021 (UTC)
P.S. At OPTEL Group you used PR Newswire as a source a couple of times. It's generally not considered reliable, as they just publish press releases without any added journalism. You can find a large list of sources that have been previously discussed here. Ajpolino (talk) 21:10, 6 October 2021 (UTC)

[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you recently removed maintenance templates from OPTEL Group. When removing maintenance templates, please be sure to either resolve the problem that the template refers to, or give a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Please see Help:Maintenance template removal for further information on when maintenance templates should or should not be removed. If this was a mistake, don't worry, as your removal of this template has been reverted. Managing a conflict of interest
[edit]Hello, Kuldeeprawat2020. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page OPTEL Group, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam#External link spamming);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Ramaswar(discuss) 16:41, 12 October 2021 (UTC)

notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Dan arndt (talk) 09:03, 15 November 2021 (UTC)

A tag has been placed on Optel group, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:

(See section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) If a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.
- It seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic.
