If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Maximums Edgar Snobbery requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Dolescum (talk) 17:55, 18 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello KuchenZimjah. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Maximums Edgar Snobbery".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Maximums Edgar Snobbery}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, click "Save page", and an administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. JMHamo (talk) 15:16, 13 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Bhutanese Passport audiofile

[edit]

Hi KuchenZimjah, there has been a lot of discussion surrounding your reading of Bhutanese passport. Above this message is a notice that your audio-file has been nominated for deletion however the deletion of your file raises several questions for other wikipedians. For one thing, you may very well be the only native Bhutanese person editing on English wikipedia. This means that almost no one has heard Bhutan-accented-English until coming across your audio file.

Many of us would hate to loose such a contribution, and I was wondering if you would be interested in creating a new audio recording for the article. It seems that the main reasons people want to delete the current file is because of the electronic distortion in your voice, the way you trail off after certain words, and the way your speed changes back and forth several times. If you were able to address these concerns I would be willing to bet that there would be no objections raised. Cheers! Ryan shell (talk) 13:57, 20 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I am here to thank you for your wonderfully funny audio version of the Bhutanese passport page. From your neighboring country. Nepal. Gamesnepal20:43, Thursday, November 21, 2024 (UTC)
Don't listen to those guys. Your recording rules. Make more of them! 199.180.246.146 (talk) 22:43, 22 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Your recording has even been remixed, something most likely no other spoken article will ever reach: Bhutanese Passport Music Video (YouTube) - link blocked by Wikipedia. --LordOider (talk) 23:48, 5 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for sharing your recording of the Bhutanese passport page. I hope to hear more of your recordings in the future! Pusle8 (talk) 09:32, 22 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
You are a hero among mortals. Hearing your audio file made me realize that there is so much beauty in the world and that we should be thankful for everything we recieve. Thank you sir, for everything. ☞ Rim < Talk | Edits > 01:40, 24 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, introducing inappropriate pages, such as Chak Seelong, is not in accordance with our policies. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Under section G3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, the page has been nominated for deletion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Proposed deletion of JG Strijdom Shrubland & Field

[edit]

The article JG Strijdom Shrubland & Field has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No evidence of notability only sources directly related to the topic are google maps, possibly a hoax .

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Because of your creation of numerous hoaxes, I have blocked your account indefinitely: we won't tolerate intentional falsehoods, as they're considered to be vandalism. Request reason:

I have been banned for creating a voice article, using my own voice. I have then been attacked for being racist my using my own voice. I have been represented as a vandal, but I am just being myself. Now please, unblock me. KuchenZimjah (talk) 15:33, 22 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

This is absolutely incredible. I donated many great articles to Wikipedia, and the fact that a minority of readers deemed by own voice to be inappropriate is ridiculous. I have been blocked for donating articles about food from my own culture, and for using a voice that is my own. Whom can I speak to , so I may complain? It is not my fault that my reading my Bhutanese Passport made it into popular culture,a dn if it had not, I would not have been blocked. --KuchenZimjah (talk) 16:20, 22 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Perhaps you should take the time to actually read the rules of Wikipedia. Specifically our rules that we do not accept original research. Wikipedia relies on reliable published information to support information added. Your personal knowledge and "voice" does not qualify or meet our standards. Further, a number of editors investigated the information you were adding and determined it likely to be a hoax. You're close to WP:IDHT and failure to acknowledge our governing policies, abide by them, and outline a plan going forward in how you will adhere to them will result in your talk page privileges being revoked. Asian 10,000 Challenge invite

[edit]

Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Asia/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge and Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like South East Asia, Japan/China or India etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. At some stage we hope to run some contests to benefit Asian content, a destubathon perhaps, aimed at reducing the stub count would be a good place to start, based on the current Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon which has produced near 200 articles in just three days. If you would like to see this happening for Asia, and see potential in this attracting more interest and editors for the country/countries you work on please sign up and being contributing to the challenge! This is a way we can target every country of Asia, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant! Thank you. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 05:02, 20 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
