The article Morgantown Mall has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Doesn't seem to pass our notability guidelines. The only mentions in reliable sources seem to be just passing mentions, which do not establish notability. Currently, the article is little more than a list of shops, and is unsourced.
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. - EdoDodo talk 19:15, 3 September 2010 (UTC)
Morgantown Mall
[edit]The article has been deleted as a repost of material previously deleted after a deletion discussion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Morgantown Mall. It can only be restored by agreement of the administrator who closed that discussion, user East718 (talk · contribs), or by going through WP:Deletion review. Please review the guideline on Notability, a requirement to have a Wikipedia article, which is not a matter of opinion but needs to be demonstrated by showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." Significant means more than just listing-type mentions; reliable excludes Myspace, Facebook, blogs, places where anyone can post anything; independent excludes the subject's own website, affiliated ones and press releases. There is more information at WP:Notability (organizations and companies), and good advice at WP:Your first article. JohnCD (talk) 20:56, 3 September 2010 (UTC)
