This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

Citations have been added (though some assertions are still unsupported). However, most references are not from independent, secondary sources with reputations for accuracy or fact-checking - the draft is heavily dependent on sources associated with Washton (organisations he has worked for, businesses he started, his publishers, etc). The NYT article is reliable, but further significant coverage of Washton in independent sources is needed.

"addictive properties.[6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15]" is one of a number of prime examples of WP:CITEKILL. Instead we need one excellent reference per fact asserted. If you are sure it is beneficial, two, and at an absolute maximum, three. Three is not a target, it's a limit. Aim for one. A fact you assert, once verified in a reliable source, is verified. More is gilding the lily. Please choose the very best in each case of multiple referencing for a single point and either drop or repurpose the remainder. Performing a review is impossible until you have refined your references. Please remove the WP:BOMBARD then we can see what is what
