Just a heads up with this article, expect more changes to be made trying to make it 7 - I've been dealing with the editor via email for a while now. I explained why it should only be listed as three, with a link to FCK's statistics page and all, but the arguing continued. I directed the person to raise any further issues to the talk page, so if you could be ready to reply there if they do post to the talk page, it'd be much appreciated. Orphaned non-free image (File:Aalborg BK.png)

[edit]
⚠

Thanks for uploading File:Aalborg BK.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. FileBot (talk) 23:49, 24 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

File source problem with File:TV 2 Sport.png

[edit]
File Copyright problem
File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:TV 2 Sport.png. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 14:32, 25 August 2009 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. B (talk) 14:32, 25 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Unreferenced BLPs

[edit]

Hello Kalaha! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 3 of the articles that you created are tagged as Unreferenced Biographies of Living Persons. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring these articles up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 99 article backlog. Once the articles are adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the list:

  1. Anders Syberg - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL
  2. Luiz Carlos de Souza Pinto - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL

The article Frederik Vang Larsen has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable footballer who fails WP:ATHLETE and WP:GNG.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. GiantSnowman 03:44, 26 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Reviewer granted

[edit]

Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, will be commencing a a two-month trial at approximately 23:00, 2010 June 15 (UTC).

Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under flagged protection. Flagged protection is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial.

When reviewing, edits should be accepted if they are not obvious vandalism or BLP violations, and not clearly problematic in light of the reason given for protection (see Wikipedia:Reviewing process). More detailed documentation and guidelines can be found here.

If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. The Rambling Man (talk) 17:32, 15 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. When you recently edited 2011–12 F.C. Copenhagen season, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Peter Rasmussen (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi there. I am currently adding a couple of categories into the Category:Football managers in Denmark by club tree, and I realized that there are a former Danish international footballer without any article. So I wanted to give you a heads up on this one, Peter Dahl (footballer), as I thought you might be better to find sources on Danish footballers then I am. You want to know the reason I am telling you this? I simply searched for Denmark on Wikipedia:WikiProject Football/Members, and you're name was the most familiar as you tend to pop up in my watchlist when you update caps on the Norwegian FCK players :) Mentoz86 (talk) 09:58, 9 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. I've been trying to establish the facts at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Johan Lange (football coach), but as I'm using Google Translate I could quite easily have got the wrong end of the stick. It could really do with the input of a Danish speaker familiar with football. Is what I've written correct? Oldelpaso (talk) 17:40, 31 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Non-free rationale for File:Royal League final 05.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Royal League final 05.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. A tag has been placed on File:FC Nordsjælland.png requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
