Help

[edit]

Sorry, I can't help there either. I just realized that for part of 2016 I didn't have Family Channel due to the fact that I moved somewhere and didn't bother getting it - I had it every year except that year. It was on at 3:30 a.m. (or 4:00 a.m.) EST on Treehouse TV; that much I remember - are you sure you're not thinking of Treehouse TV instead? I know it was on Treehouse TV for several years so it might have been that channel instead. I also know that shows can air on more than one station but it's now driving me nuts (I'm trying to find a reference for it). Someone else might find a reference for it; I can't find a reference either but it should probably be put up there; shows have been disputed before (and before we were editing it) and references were put in to prove they had aired so someone might dispute that Yo Gabba Gabba! was on this channel - that's why the "citation needed" should be there - it sort of protects it from being removed. TheBlackKitty (talk) 23:23, 17 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I know Treehouse TV stopped airing it in 2015; that's the only other channel (besides Family Jr.) that I know for sure aired it. Is it possible that Family Channel had it as "Download To Go" only(sometimes stations have that)? I don't know if Family Channel ever did that, it's just the only other possibility I can think of - they also made Family Channel "Canadian Shows Only" (airing Canadian shows like The Next Step and Life With Derek) after the fall of 2015, after they stopped airing Disney shows. I remember reading that they were going to focus on airing only Canadian shows (I read it on some website), I know they air Nickelodeon Movies now (and some Nickelodeon shows); I don't know if they will ever get/want to air Disney shows again (YTV airs Disney films and even though there are Disney TV Channels, not everyone can get access to them which is why people liked Family Channel). Information icon Hello, I'm Electricburst1996. I noticed that you recently removed content from List of programs broadcast by Universal Kids without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Opinion

[edit]

Should the lists of which shows aired during which periods in the CBC Kids (such as "Get Set For Life") article be removed? For example, they list shows in the paragraph about "CBC Playground"; yet nothing about which shows were aired is listed in the "Hodge Podge Lodge" paragraph or Kids' CBC" paragraph. Since you created a list about former programming, it feels like the shows people listed in both the "CBC Playground" section and "Get Set For Life" are pointless to be listed because they are already on the "Former Programming" list since the "Former Programming" list is in the same article. Several preschool shows are listed in the "Former Programming" list that are not in any of the "sections" such as "Former Programming". Would you consider it to be ok to remove the shows that were aired during the two "blocks" (such as "CBC Playground" and "Get Set For Life"), especially since other blocks (such as "Hodge Podge Lodge", "Kids' CBC", and "CBC Kids") don't have the shows listed in their "blocks"? Also, many of the preschool programs listed also aired on the weekend, when there was no actual "block" assigned since it also aired "big kid" shows as well (and "big kid shows" are also listed in the "Former Programming" section, but there isn't an actual section on the "big kid" programs. I'm not sure what to do. TheBlackKitty (talk) 02:06, 22 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Super Why! moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Super Why!, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Question

[edit]

If you don't think Wow! Wow! Wubbzy! is Nickelodeon; why is it listed as Nickelodeon and Nick Jr. as the original broadcast stations(and especially since it said in the opening program for Wow! Wow! Wubbzy! was created for Nick Jr.)? Shouldn't they be listed under Nickelodeon (like The Amanda Show and other Nickelodeon programming)? TheBlackKitty (talk) 21:54, 16 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Well it's listed as broadcast by Nickelodeon (not specifying where/what part of the country Nickelodeon is) so, unless you find another "station" it is originally from; not Family Channel) it will stay under Nickelodeon programming, such as Clarissa Explains it All (there is no other item listed on the end credits of Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!). TheBlackKitty (talk) 08:49, 17 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Your edits have made it seem like these shows never aired on TV Land (by not moving them to "formerly broadcast" after removing them from "currently broadcast"), and have removed shows from the "formerly broadcast" section without giving a valid reason for doing so.
