Welcome
[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Take a look at the welcome page. To stay in Wikipedia, an article has to be about something notable, that is, of general interest. Click on Notability for an explanation of what that means. Also, it must give independently verifiable sources. Articles that don't meet these requirements are likely to be deleted.
- For advice about creating articles, read the Introduction and the Guide to creating your first article.
- You should not write articles about yourself, your band, your client, your boss or your best friend - that's a conflict of interest.
- Wikipedia is not for newly-made-up things.
- Wikipedia is not an advertising service. Before writing about your own organization, read FAQ/Organizations.
- For experiments, please use the sandbox.

Apologies
[edit]...for all the warnings just above. Page blanking is an all-too-common form of vandalism; the editors who left the warnings did not know that where an author blanks his own page that should be treated not as vandalism but as a request to delete it. It has been deleted now; don't be discouraged, but have a look at the links in the Welcome paragraph above for advice about contributing. The guide to writing Your First Article is useful, and so is the list of Bad Article Ideas. Regards, JohnCD (talk) 21:14, 10 April 2009 (UTC)
- I echo the above... Sorry. I usually look for db-author. Page blanking is a common form or vandalism. Keep editing! κaτaʟavenoTC 21:17, 10 April 2009 (UTC)
- I'm terribly sorry as well. —TheLeftorium 21:41, 10 April 2009 (UTC)
