Fair use rationale for Image:Marthamacisaac.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Marthamacisaac.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article Baron Davis, please cite a reliable source for your addition. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. See Wikipedia:Citing sources for how to cite sources, and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. We dont update a player's team until an official announcement is made by the team (e.g. not from unnamed sources). Thanks.Bagumba (talk) 10:53, 19 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please don't unnecessarily rewrite references -- it misleadingly lights up diffs, like a christmas tree, when the article's intellectual content remains unchanged.

Please don't unnecessarily rewrite articles' references, as you did here, as it misleadingly lights up diffs, like a christmas tree, when the article's intellectual content remains unchanged. Geo Swan (talk) 14:03, 17 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

could you please explain...

[edit]

Could you please explain why you excised the filmography from the Colin Salmon article? Geo Swan (talk) 14:29, 17 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm I dream of horses. I noticed that in this edit to American Dad! (season 17), you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you.
